You were confident?

Was it not you with all the negative posts and even the most negative thread started in the whole run in?

Forgive me if I'm wrong ...

I was/am confident... Just not AS confident...

We all have our moments, You've made over 9000 posts on this website, are you trying to tell me that you've never been negative? Digging me out for that is a bit cuntish...

Really bricking it now, away to Newcastle was always going to be harder than a home game against United (how times have changed), for us to win we are going to have to hit the levels we hit at White Hart Lane and OT, and worryingly we haven't hit those heights away from home for a while. Yes we scored 6 at Norwich, but for a large part of the 2nd half they made us look incredibly ordinary, and then they gifted us a couple.

Not saying we won't do it, but I am far more nervous than I was on Monday.

That goal was a fluke. Plus Chelsea are shite

This win means nothing, Newcastle still have to try to wiin the game at weekend, which leaves them vulnerable

I don't think they have the "legs" required for two consecutive HUGE games. They had to work really hard tonight for this 3 points and hopefully that got them tired as hell.

Anyhow, i am starting to get really worried.

This. We have a little bit riding on the game too, and they will have to come forward leaving spaces for Tevez, Aguero, Silva, Ya Ya and Nasri to exploit. Will be some game, but if we are positive and grow a pair, we will be OK. This game is our Cup Final for the title

Exactly..There not gonna have 10 men behind the ball like most of the teams we play..It will be very open for us to play at our best.

Realised I sounded overly negative in my previous posts, I genuinely believe we will beat them, just saying I think it will take a massive performance and won't be straight forward.

I admire your confidence. I'll try and borrow some like.

Just had a Geordie mate phone up and give it the 'did you see that wondergoal, it was fucking amazing', tripe.

If Wigan can smash em though, we are far more than capable of three points up there.

Did you see the faces of our players after the Scum game? See their eyes? They were already thinking about Newcastle.

IF we deserve to win the league, we will beat Newcastle. I think we deserve to win the league. Bring it.

Newcastle still have something to play for, they'll have to come out at us eventually. Much better than them spending 90 minutes behind the ball.

Tbh we play worse against teams who sit behind the ball. Our attack sometimes struggles to get past them. When teams come at us, ok we may concede, but we do score a hell of a lot more. BELIEVE my friends. We are all nervous, but the title is within our grasp.

Goal was ridiculous. Should beat the one from Crouch against us for goal of the season.

Forgive me but when I last looked at the table Newcastle were many points behind us and not level, so suggesting it would be as hard as the Rags is laughable - it'll be a tough match, but we are going for the title and on our day are untouchable - believe!!!
