Poor, poor performance from Wigan, but this is normal. They wake up in february.

Cheers all for very interesting feedbacks.
I particularly a agree with twosips - thank You mate - it's not easy for them to bypass the instinct that had been forged into them, as we have expirienced watching the progress of our incomparably more talented Lads.
question is: do the Cop will give BR enough time and patience? as some wise poster pointed out last seasons, the dippers are at serious risks to be - already - in the ring of technical turmoil that affected MCFC for so many years of impatience and suffering.

also agree with Ted, re Gerrard. it always stunned me utmost, why nobody had been able to get the best out of that generation of world class midfielders and set England for what they naturally are: contenders for top honours on international football.

The fucker is good. He is a arrogant cunt, but he is good as hell. Don't mind that funny mistake that had with us, stepping on the ball, that could happend with anyone, but look on the way he touches the ball, the way he runs with it. His pace is great.

He would had been huge at us.

To be fair, Wigan are fighting very hard for every ball. Chelsea are playing typical RDM football of defending and countering. I hope Wigan get 2 back, they deserve it.

I've just seen it & I can't believe they are complaining about it.

Agger was fucking diabolical; you DO NOT defend that situation like that. Utter shite. Why the fuck Bob wants him, I've no idea.

Do you think maybe Agger is pushing for a move away from Anfield?

Apologies.

i believe it's the issue that got Roberto in his strop, and then to have Rodwell pranced around when he never asked for Rodwell probably pissed him off even more. I don't mind Rodwell, just to ward off the fuckholes about to start bitching about my bitching about bitching when it comes to bitches, etc.

Related, does RDM have to play every player Roman signed this summer in the first competitive match? He's a fucking robot which is why he has this gig. Good for him for knowing where his toast is buttered and not giving a fucl. That's not easy for most to do to be honest.

cheers

This match is a classic example why it is the attacking players who are those that cost millions. With bit more quality up front Wigan would be at least level here.
Chelsea not convincing here overall. At all

Since Rodwell's starting today's match i'd suggest my thesis in the first paragraph is wide of the mark.

However, my point about RDM i still stand by.

Chelsea look craptastic to me. Wigan actually look pretty reasonable for a team down 2-0. Typical Wigan i suppose. I'm surprised Martinez didn't leave this summer. I'd like to see a squad he builds with some money to spend, but maybe he's actually smart enough to realize that if the situation isn't right he won't be able to prove that.

Good player. Redknapp tried to sign him after getting the sack at Spurs.
