We've been keeping the pressure up the whole half, can't say I'm disappointed with us so far. A goal or two more would have been nice but we are in control and dominating.

From what I could see on my shit river we dominated in every area. It was always going to be hard and from the off you could see that they would play deep and try to hit us on the break or through a longball.

9 corners though and we didn't look like scoring regardless of all the domination. Hopefully Villa will come at us a little more the 2nd half and we can open them up but I think they'll be happy with a low scoring loss.

If anybody has a decent river, I'd be obliged.

You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer.

I was fairly certain we had established in preseason that it didn't.

But we also established that Garcia doesn't work as a centrehalf and yet Count still played him there when Kompany was out.

I hope Villa don't come at us at all and don't have one shot on goal all game.

I had a slight suspicion he was playing Milner for 45 mins then Navas for 45 mins, I guess we will soon see.
