Never thought I’d see England in a final.

Denmark made it a tough game but we were the better side.

Sterling our best player yet again. Walker had his best game of the tournament. Stones solid at the back again. Foden gave us a massive lift when he came on.

After tonight I think Saka’s spot is up for grabs in the final. Southgate has made it perfectly clear he doesn’t like Grealish so Foden could (hopefully) end up starting.

It’s not the fact he doesn’t like Grealish or Foden it’s the fact he hasn’t got a clue how to play them in a system. Southgate is a one trick pony championship level manager with a fantastic talented squad at his disposal. He is a decent guy but a shithouse , how the fuck can you dominate extra time take the lead then take off one of your most influential attacking ball carrying players who has turned the game around and put a fucking defender on and hand back the momentum to the opposition ffs ????

Totally agree with you on all of that, just to add Kunty Kane can go fuck himself and come nowhere our club. Total and utter gash again today.

Defensive solidarity. They passed it around for about 5 minutes to close out the game without the Danes getting a kick. Was almost perfect way to see out a match

I rhought he did his usual trick of looking for the opportunity to collapse onto all fours. Seems to have it off to a tee to be fair to him.

Yeah I enjoyed that . Would have been overjoyed if Southgate kept Grealish on and we pushed for a 3rd goal Denmark were out on their feet .

Southgate is a useless manager.
He cannot utilize his resources. The way he plays (for ex, starts with 7 defenders) with the attacking options he has is criminal. His game management is clueless. Take tonight, he managed, playing at home, to hand the initiative back to a knackered Denmark at the start of the 2nd period of extra time instead of burying them.
Also worth noting that Pickford is an accident waiting to happen. He could cost England the final. Let's see what Southgate does about that (it will be nothing).

Own goal and a laughable penalty awarded us - we deserved the win but , fuck me , Southgate hasn't got a clue how to play anything other than a defensive system.
Foden coming on gave us the lift we needed - Sterling was a threat all game and played well but he still needs many chances to score one.....Italy are miles betteer than the ''mighty Danes'' so if we get one chance we need to bury it.

We should play Sancho and Foden in the final but I'm sure Goofy will stick with his defensive system as he knows nothing else.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

Really laughed when I've heard the local commentator saying Sterling is an expert on winning penalties for City.

I really think, at times, we are watching different games if people think we get penalties easy

I think, might be wrong, but it was his best game in the last two years. He was on fire last night.
However, he was decent on the left but fantastic on the right. When Southgate moved him there, he made things happened.

And I remember he played there most of 17/18, in his, imho, best season here.

Torn between wanting England to win so my dad can see them win something again before he dies, and wanting Italy to win so I can put my Roma Kolarov 11 shirt on and walk out in the street screaming.

If England win, Southgate will almost certainly get a knighthood, if that thought might edge you in one direction or the other...

Ok we won just !
But let’s go through possibly the worst tactical substitution in the history of international football semi finals …….
Gareth Southgate takes off Grealish in extra time with England 2-1 up who has only been on the pitch 25 minutes and replaces him with yet another fucking defender while the opposition are out on their feet and unable to make any more substitutions because they have used them all up . This tactical genius of a substitution enables the opposition to regain the initiative and put pressure back on England ?!?!?!?!
England were totally dominating with both Grealish and Foden on the pitch it was easy but yet Southgate did this unbelievable self destructing tactical substitution?!?!?!?
Fucking unbelievable, Southgate is actually holding this England team back making hard work of games that should be relatively straightforward. The guy does my fucking head in !!!!!
It is going to be a hard watch on Sunday Southgate won’t change anything I just hope we somehow win in normal time after the Italians somehow self destruct.
Painful absolutely fucking painful .
