But there's tomorrow night's team selection to get through yet.

If we allow the dippers to win the prem and the CL (if we get to the final ) then there will be no fucking hiding place for our manager or the team .
I’ll be more pissed off if we lost the Prem as were were light years ahead of the dippers not so long ago .

Nervous as fuck.

Everything is falling into place for them it’s a horrible feeling for the rest of us I hate to say this but I can see them doing all 4

Enjoy the rest of your birthday Bear and celebrate in style tomorrow night

Cheers Notts

Let's just win our last few games to take a league and cup double.

The rest of this shit is just the media creating a loud ring entrance for them.

The battle happens in the ring, not on the way to it.

Starts tomorrow, here we go.

One game at a time. Tough one tomorrow night.
Focus on ourselves. We are in control of our own destiny in both competitions.

Don't forget the pressure Liverpool are under. If we win the PL and the CL then Liverpool's season is a massive failure :)
Let them sweat on that for starters.
Make no mistake, they will not want to meet us in the final. In the PL we would have won both games if Liverpool did not get 'luck' with referee decisions - again.

BTW: IMO the CL is hugely overrated. Liverpool beat Inter, Benfica and VR in the knockout stages and against the only tough opponent they had in the group stages, the horrible Athi had a player sent of in each game. No top class opposition there.

Looked after the dog after seeing VR drop and allow Liverpool space. Enjoyed while I could, seemed obvious what would happen once VR reverted to type.

Completely agree beefy, once they sat back they were doomed. They weren't even winning the tie for fucks sake. Have some balls and go for it - which I'm sincerely hoping we do tomorrow

The final score shocked me a bit but it was all so obvious.

UEFA need Liverpool in the final, worries me a little knowing who we’re playing.

Hope the press big big them up raise their hopes then we dash them even with the officials helping them
We do need to take every chance so no sterling I guess although he was excellent last match.
They need to be taken down a peg or two I don’t want to hear that revolting scouse accent squeaking about their team more than is humanely possible we have to save the rest of the country from that as it will be long lasting if we don’t smash their dreams.
I loath this team of klopps with that run in they’ve had since the group stages Bournemouth could have reached the finals.

Got to hand it to buck tooth - he makes so many tactical subs that wins him games , I’ve lost count the amount of times they have been struggling and then he makes a sub and completely changes the outcome .

They were shite until Diaz came on at half time .

I think there are two aspects in this versus our run for the quadruple.

1. Everyone is pushing for the scousers. From the media, to the people behind the doors. Every decision is going their way, 99% of the teams do not bother at all to stop them. Add to this that they seem to not get any ”bad days at the office”.

2. Managerial brainfarts. I think we've lost the chance last year because Pepito decided to overthink both Chelsea games (semi and final). Without those, I think we might have won it all, in spite of everyone.

Imho, their quadruple will be bent, they are dopey fuckers, cheaters. But no one, and I mean no one, will ever point that out.
That might be straw that broke the camel's back when it comes to football purity and no one wants that.

But it's not over yet, I've heard that Manchester City are still alive here ...

It was a shame about Forest last night, wasn't it?

Bournemouth are such a vapid club.

Hoping Forest can do it through the play offs. They were poor second half though, Bournemouth had much the better of it. But Forest should have had a penalty first half but for an erroneous flag from the linesman and Surridge missed a great chance when through.

But well done to Bournemouth

It’s one of two of my bugbears with Pep. He is rarely if ever, proactive with substitutions whereas Klopp sees substitutions for what they can do to influence and change the course of the game.

It isn’t like we don’t have quality on the bench

And the second bugbear is lack of minutes for Academy graduates when we are winning comfortably to give them confidence

Agree.

I think your first point comes down to Peps lack of a plan B, which is infuriating in those matches where you know from the first 10 that is going to be one of them.

I've said it, mate, I think it's all about the main players getting their game time bonuses.
Don't have any other explanation.

I think that is how we structure our wages. But we rarely make use of all the substitutions available so there are minutes to be had every now and again for.the likes of Delap, McAtee, Palmer, Lavia, Egan-Riley et all

Did they get him from our list of players being scouted that they robbed?
