Bernardo getting a fantastic reception at the end. Went round all four corners of the ground and then gave his shirt to a fan.

Great match. Looked like we might be frustrated early on but once we got that goal it could have been 6 or 7. Decent second half in second gear. Wish Erling would have got one because he deserved it. Things are looking good.

I’m amazed that anyone should be blasé about Bernardo leaving. How the fuck are we going to magic up someone of comparable quality in two weeks. Would likely torpedo our season. Personally I haven’t remotely given up.

We’ve just beat two teams without him. The guy isn’t as integral as people think he is.

If he goes then he goes. We’ll move on and he’ll rot.

I’m not sure it’s blase, mate, it’s more understanding how we work. We want to keep Bernie but won’t hold him hostage. One thing we won’t do is be taken for fools and if Bernie wants to go then it will be on our terms.

I would suggest that not one City fan wants to see him go but if he’s unhappy, for whatever reason, we have to respect his wishes.

Are you Johnny in disguise? People moan if Foden, Mahrez or Grealish are left out. People moan if kids don't get a chance

Personally I don't think we need a big money replacement but if we do we do

My only issue, if he goes, is that we have a small first team squad. We’ll honour his wishes but will need to fill his place with a comparable player.

Will we have enough players left to play 5 substitutes if we want to?
Do we have 16 first team players in the squad when Bern leaves next week?
Can Ed play LB and we can stick Ortega in goal - is that the new cunning plan?

I often disagree with Mase about his kids obsession, but surely to goodness? We have the best academy going.
