Yep. And both times we couldn’t grumble too much if the goals had stood.

Both him and Akanji look as if they’ve been playing with us for years. Only their first full game but impressed so far.

Bloody hell, clinical and ruthless. You don’t hear that often with us.

12 points pretty well in the bag so qualification will be easy. The most difficult match will be Dortmund away. They have a big ground and very noisy fans.

A good evenings work.
The two new lads at the back look really promising. But it's hard to judge they didn't come under huge pressure. Tougher tests for them ahead.
Philip's did well when he came on, but the same, game won no pressure.
What can be said about Haaland, sensational.

Akanji was great, calm in possession the whole time and a lovely passer of the ball. Phil back up to speed and Kalvin was making really positive forward balls when he came on.
Haaland- what a player.

As good as it gets

Four goals and we barely reached 3rd gear
Clean sheet
The two lads coming in at the back slotted in beautifully
Phillips gets a few minutes after injury
Game week 1 and another CL away win to set us up nicely for qualification

Well done

Great win, most did well but mmmm Grealish? Ring rusty but he doesn't reall seemed to be a City player always seems like a misfiring in line 6. Should be smooth as silk and purr but he's not firing on at least 1 cylinder

Been out a few games, he was looking fine before the knock. Don’t sweat it at all.

Haaland.
Makes scoring look so easy. Always seems to have time and space.
I know it is early days and I never make rash judgements but I will in this guy's case.
I have never seen a CF as good as him.
I just cannot believe what I am seeing.
Incredible.

This could equally go in the Stat Attack thread, but last night's appearance (€2.8m) and win (€2.5m) money paid for approximately 10% of Haaland's transfer fee! And that's not taking into account sponsorship, TV rights, etc.
