Like owning a Ferrari and having it spend all it's time being washed.
It appears to be the plan of late - very little attempt to get the ball to him or into a danger area in the last 2-3 months, and it's like he's been told to occupy space and not be a nuisance elsewhere like he was earlier in the season. Although he did put himself about noticeably more yesterday, I suspect that was planned to use his height and physicality at set pieces.
I'm hoping on the positive side that it's simply a case of an evolving way of playing being a work in progress as we still have Reinders, Cherki and especially Semenyo getting to grips with their roles, and if it's anything like in the past, it will click at some point.
Bloody frustrating though, especially when you consider we have Foden off the boil too
