I didn’t see the game. Can I get an opinion on Phil ? Was he looking refreshed.

In short, no. Looked like the same Foden we've seen for the last couple of seasons. I maintain you cannot judge the season ahead on any Community Shield performance, but it was worryingly shite regardless.

The principality stadium is a horrible shit hole. I was expecting it to be much better than it was, but it was absolutely horrible inside and on the concourse. It makes the Etihad look like a 7 star resort.

A fair few around me fucked off as soon as the 3rd went in. Can't say I blame them

I love the Millenium Stadium.

Every seat has a great view.

Surrounded by great pubs.

Can't fault it myself.

I was in top tier - huge open area for food, toilets etc... my only gripe was that they don't sell local beers there anymore

I'm with you on this one. The City was great ,the pubs were. I was behind the goal, level 2- unfortunate perfect view of their 3rd. I'm amazed by how few did fuck off early. Hardly anyone did near me until the last couple of minutes.

My only gripe was the 90 minute queue at the train station whereas the Arsenal fans were going straight through for the London trains.

Pubs were alright. We went into the Head of Steam after the game and got the later train to miss the heavy congestion. Was still packed though, so the earlier ones must have been horrible to be on.
