My informant had told me that Taggart has booked El Rincon resteraunt for this Thursday. The place is shut to anybody else. Big pow wow about Golum?

Also a strange rumour eminating from the swamp is that Taggart actually picked the team played Olympiakos!

I do hope that Golum keeps his job. He is doing sooooooooooooooo well:o)

The rumour at the swamp before they played the waiters was that Taggart had been there all day and had called in each player individually to have a chat. Add in the slagging off by the MEN and the criticism from ex-players, many of whom expected a coaching role and instead have bought their own club and it doesn't bode well.

Either Moyes is a dead man walking, or, preferably, there's division in the ranks, hence some of the public stuff but then ex-players not waiting for a change come summer as they don't think it'll happen

Rags aren't going to be pleased with this comment from Moyes.

“People are aware there is a squad that is a bit more ageing, so I think it would have been a tough season for whoever was in charge of Manchester United this year. And I actually think if Sir Alex was here this year it would be difficult for Sir Alex as well and I’m sure he would be aware of it."

BBC quote today about the game tomorrow and 'Pep'

"I am really looking forward to coming up against Pep," Moyes says. "It is the first time I have done but I have no doubt I will be doing it many times in the future."

Has Moyes been offered a job as 'Balljünger' at Bayern ?

That's actually close to blasphemy. I wonder if the 'great one' has given permission for that line of thought, or whether Moyes has come up with it himself ?

yeah while you're managing Burnley and he's running the scum
Never criticise a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes.
That way when you do criticise him you'll be a mile away.
And you'll have his shoes.

For me that's a bold, and fucking bang on statement from Moyes showing what a fucking load of shit that pissed up red nosed old cunt left him. It should be to City's and Chelsea's eternal shame that United won the league with that shower last season.

If this is the start of Moyes' fightback, then I for one am right behind him, it's about fucking time it was said in public by someone from United

It's a story from a few days ago, Richard Keyes reckons United are close to a deal to sell the naming rights to Nike for £500m.
