For as packed as our midfield is, we're on the back foot and someone needs to get the ball, keep possession and make something out of it. We're giving them too much space and too much right of passage on the left side. Is Kolarov pushing forward too often maybe? Silva is slotting back in to try and cover, but it's not working...something has to give there. Though i will say that Silva has looked good putting his foot in and being fearless. I love that guy.

All in all it's hard to bitch, but i just did...so there.

cheers

When AJ inevitably comes on in 25 minutes we'll have someone who can run at the full backs. Yaya seems to have drifted in and out; I'd be tempted to take him off, bring Milner inside to do the grafting and make use of Johnson's pace.

Barry, Lescott and Kompany have impressed but it seems (from my crappy river) that we've been lucky when the ball's sprung loose in the box. One mistake and this is a contest again.

1) Carlos Tevez is coming back to City and 2) maybe we find the true Barry & Milner band: great news from this 1st half! Even if our defense, expecially Lescott and Kolarov, looks to me so anonimous!
From Torino, Italia to Manchester, Lancashire this City is always our City!

Seems like we're trying to attack with fast one touch stuff every time. Could do with keeping the ball as I think we'd still create chances doing that. Don't think we've been what I'd call 'lucky' with 2nd ball, just sharp to clear but nobody can get near Andy Carroll in the box & if we keep letting them whack the ball in there at some point they'll get a lucky deflection.

it's when you perform an epic climbdown after handing in a transfer request because the Chairman of your club tells you to fucking get fucked and wobble your head or you'll be fucked. Sort of.
