It was just bloke banter that you hear so often in the pub etc and Andi, before you jump on me, we've had it between yourself and I numerous times, although I accept not to the extreme that they went to. Gray was asked these questions and it was recorded. Blatently a trap as an excuse to get rid IMO. Same with Keys.
Queue now the Daily Mail reporting numerous cheif exec's of large organisations etc getting sacked for asking their secretary for a brew and stuff.
Don't get me wrong, I thought these two were a pair of cunts anyway, and could possibly be the reason why they were set up in this way, but if you can't see they were joking, without malice, then you're a blind fucker.
Danny, i really get the banter thing and you know as do a lot of the lads that know me at football that i can give and take as much as the next person but that on Saturday was not banter. Listen again to the tone in their voices, no sign of laughing or ribbing one another. I understand if that’s their opinion on the matter and that’s fine but at the end of the day the pair were both at work, on the clock sat in a studio mic up. I have lots of opinions on lots of things about my work for instance but i would not air them in the work place and if i did and offend someone i would take what was coming to me.
They passed judgment on Sian Massey purely on the basis that she was a female and that is wrong, if they would have said the same about an Asian lino for instance would you still say it was banter?? I agree in the fact that someone defo had it in for the pair and things have escalated way over the top with more and more things coming out in the press but my thoughts on the initial incident are that they were bang out of order in what they said.
