We get 4th on goal difference.

With those results we actually get 11pts, not 10 as you've put. Therefore we finish 4th.

I disagree with you, think both Chelsea and Liverpool will beat them.

Basically we need another 10-12 pts out of last 6 games and we're there. Maximum points Spurs can get is 72pts and they aint going to manage that, maximum we could get is 74pts

The way the team & the manager & the fans performed at Wembley though, proves we are a proper outfit. The players left the field having all put in a proper shift & the manager had us pushing on to the rags 2nd half & imo tactically mastered baconface. Not many teams have them looking that rattled. That's the attitude we need for the rest of the season. Produce it in the next few games & we'll be lifting the cup at Wembley with 4th place already nailed on.

Anymore games like Anfield though & we'll blow it.

Blackburn is a massive game and by then we will know the Chelsea result. We just need to turn around our appalling away form this year. The idea of being 5 points ahead of Spurs sounds good doesn't it.

Not going to happen, Spurs host West Brom on Saturday so everyone should expect us to be 5th going into the Blackburn game. Spurs go to Chelsea a week on Sat, we play West Ham at Eastlands a week on Sunday.

Let's not forget the "tactically mastered baconface" only happened after 25 minutes or so by which time we could have been 1 if not 2 down. And we all know our record this season once we go behind!

But I agree if we get it right from the start we have every chance of 3 points at BBurn but any continuation of this year's away form and we won't win.

Tbf to Bob though, the players were understandably a bit nervous & I don't personally think it was any fault of Bob's that we were 2nd best early on. Once the players settled I think our team looked better than theirs. The fact that we put in such a strong 2nd half at Wembley (effectively an away game) gives me optimism I may be able to put away the rusty knife I dug out after the Liverpool game.

please. i feel like we fuclin dropped points today because of those shitface cockmasters at Arsenal football club. Wish we had loaned the cunts Given. Fucl me. Jammy spurs. hate them.

wouldn't have done a big difference, it's their back line which is in shambles.

so you think Given would have rambled out in the box and knocked that little dwarf over for no reason? not a fuclin chance.

cheers

What chances real chances did they have other than Berbatov's 2? I wouldn't count that as having the chance to be 2 up because his first chance resulted in a corner that the second chance came from. If he had scored the first, the second chance wouldn't have happened. Maybe nit picking, but I feel like even though they were a bit on top in the first 25, They didn't actually create anything meaningful, (excluding berbatov's 2) and they happened within 15 minutes or so? after that they didnt have another chance all half really.

Maybe not but their keeper also made some top drawer saves...now Given could have done those too, but there's no assurance of that. And there would have been no need for the keeper to go out against Lennon and concede a penalty if the backline had done its job and kept him quiet.

Anyway, good job that it ended 3-3, after the penalty I was sure Spurs would win it.

I'm a tad confused...
Arsenal went to WHL to play their most hated rivals and got a draw...No mean feat and quite a creditable result under normal circumstances....The media have treated it as though they lost.
Spurs dropped 2 points on their home middin that caused them to drop 2 pts and damaged their challenge for the top 4. They let in 3 goals at home and yet they are being treated as though they have won something major.

Spurs are getting the most favoured treatment.

Yeah, media bias. Has nothing to do with the fact 'title contenders' Arsenal threw away a 2 goal lead, when they could've closed in on Utd.

Thats fair enough about the chances and maybe only 1is fair up but you seem to have ignored the key point. We got it WRONG for that first 25 minutes and could have so easily been behind and as we all know our record of coming from behind is rubbish.
