Well you could go for the Independent version about flying to Manchester:

http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/foot ... 26050.html?

Manchester City were last night close to sealing a £38m deal for Sergio Aguero with the Atletico Madrid striker now expected to fly straight from Buenos Aires to Manchester to sign in the next few days.

The 23-year-old has stayed in Argentina since his team’s elimination from the Copa America tournament ten days ago. The City chairman Khaldoon Al-Muabarak was thought to be in Madrid yesterday to complete negotiations for Aguero, seen as the long-term replacement for Carlos Tevez.

City are in Ireland over the weekend to play friendlies against an Irish XI on Saturday and Internazionale the following day. They hope to have Aguero in place by then. Tevez is not expected to be back in training until the end of next week

Or you could go for this morning's Marca version, which says it will all be sealed in London. Either way it's looking good.

The Aguero soap opera continues, but it could be ending by being beneficial to all parties, because the Argie footballer has given the green light to his representative, Hernan Reguera, to carry out his signing for Manchester City. The forward is still in BA and has studied in depth the only 2 offers which he has.
The Argentinian international only had to contemplate the possibility of heading for Manchester or Turin and, at last, the PL will be his destination unless something unusual happens. All that remains is to close the transfer details once and for all. And that will be done in London, to where Aguero will travel on Wednesday accompanied by his agent to meet with the directors of Manchester City and a representative of Atletico, which could be Jose Luis Perez Caminero himself.

As things stand Aguero will sign initially for a contract for the next 5 seasons with the Manchester team, who have reached agreement with Atletico on the figure of the €45M escape clause.

Both reports are right. London's just another Manchester suburb.

Sergio is flying in to England tomorrow to complete his move

Atletico Madrid striker Sergio Aguero is due to travel to London to meet with Manchester City officials, according to reports in Spain.

The Etihad Stadium outfit have targeted the Argentinainternational to bolster their strike force, regardless of whether Carlos Tevez departs.

Aguero is now expected to jet out to England with his agent Hernan Reguera and Atletico sporting director Jose Luis Caminero.

City are believed to have tabled a €45million (£39.7m) offer for his services with the striker mulling over signing a five-year contract.

Aguero is reported to have spoken to City's Pablo Zabaleta about life at City and Manchester, although he has not been in touch with Tevez.

The talented 23-year-old is currently home in Buenos Aries following the conclusion of the Copa America, but is set to return to Europe.
Tick tock tick tock.

Sergio Agüero set to join Manchester City after talks breakthrough

Sergio Agüero will fly into England on Wednesday to become Manchester City's showpiece signing of the summer after a significant breakthrough in the talks with Atlético Madrid.

A provisional deal has now been arranged with the Argentina international after the club's chairman, Khaldoon al-Mubarak, took the unusual step of becoming involved in the negotiations with Atlético. Agüero would cost in the region of £38m, making him the most expensive player in City's history and second only to Fernando Torres in the Premier League. He has signalled that he is keen on the move.

If everything goes according to plan, Agüero would become City's third signing of the summer following the arrival of Gaël Clichy from Arsenal and Stefan Savic from Partizan Belgrade. Agüero is rated as one of the most devastating strikers in Europe and his signing would also go a long way to appeasing the City manager, Roberto Mancini, who expressed his frustration last week about the club's inability to complete their transfer business earlier in the summer.

City have been operating under new transfer constraints because of Uefa's financial fair-play guidelines but the club are relaxed about breaking their transfer record for the second time under the ownership of the Abu Dhabi United Group and have pressed ahead with the transfer despite the breakdown of Carlos Tevez's proposed move to Corinthians.

Tevez is due to return to City on 4 August, unless his representatives can drum up interest elsewhere, and is discovering that there are not many clubs with the financial means to afford a player with a transfer fee in excess of £40m and a weekly salary of more than £250,000. If that remains the case, Mancini could begin the season with Tevez, Agüero, Edin Dzeko and Mario Balotelli as his front players.

City's priority would then switch back to moving on some more of their fringe players but they also intend to put together a financial package they hope would persuade Arsenal to relent over their insistence that Samir Nasri, also wanted by Manchester United, is not for sale, despite being in the final year of his contract.

Considering how often he is "rumored" to have become involved in a deal I'd say it is pretty standard nowadays:-)
