On reflection, it was probably a wise one; just helps calm things down, then bring on Aguero with 15 minutes to go.

Oh, here we go. Claridge back on usual form, sticking the boot into City. Fucking whiny-voiced twat.

Now it's some third rate Scot, probably Craig Burley.

You put your neutrality back in your pants and settle down.

Christ, football commentary in this country is bad. Do the Germans, Spanish, Dutch and Italians have to put up with really ordinary ex-second division players with huge biases and zero insight commentating on games? Basically, if you are a mouthy, inarticulate ex player a job awaits you at the BBC and Sky Sports.

At least Lescott and micah are playing well. (and Dave's putting in a shift in defence)

Nope. I can still hear his whining, rasping tones through my speakers.

De Jong and Yaya not at their best today (to say the least). Lescott's been good but that was a heart in mouth moment.

The fact this is a glorified friendly is going to be zero consolation if we lose. Especially after the wall-to-wall negativity from commentators all afternoon.
