From what I've read I'd have to say that I think Terry is guilty but I'm not quite sure the Magistrates will come to the same verdict, just because of Anton Ferdinand. We definately know that Terry will riggle out of any sticky situation if he can, we seen it when he got sent off in the CL semi-final.

What has come out for all to see is that these fuckers are overpaid scumbags who haven't got an ounce of morality in them. I've played competitive sport all my life and never heard the sort of shit that comes out of these peoples mouths. Then you hear Coles limp-dick bullshit and it does make you wonder why fans look up to these individuals. I'd hope that our players have much more class than these dispicable people, which I think we do.

I eagerly await the verdict as if they do find Terry guilty I'd like to see what the FA will do, they will have to take out some administrative sanction. Be a shame that they will wait-out until after the appeal though.

If found innocent, things carry on as normal and Terry keeps his sponsors and England place. That should be fun.

That's why I mentioned it, and previously mentioned that the prosecution seem to be not as good as they should be. Seems even the basics were missed from them.

I believe the course of action we currently take isn't seeing a decline in racism, isn't seeing a reduction in the coverage it gets or the backwards arse promotion that some people carry away from it, maybe we need some outside the box thinking.

I think you're missing the point there, which imo is that the word 'black' was being used as a racist insult not just a description of the guy's colour whilst calling him a cunt. It was deliberate. I don't know if JT is racist or not. If I had to guess I'd say he's pretty typical of the sort of wanker who is. It doesn't actually matter whether he is or not though. The charge isn't one of being a racist, it's whether he made a racist insult at that time.
