i am a Fiorentina supporter from Florence and I always liked Man City.
today you got a great defender. Nastasic is a very young player but he performs like a veteran: he's got skills, he is a solid, he is a good header and can also score some goals getting crosses from lateral free kicks.

He will be a top class defender in 1-2 years, better than vidic.

Can some of you tell me something about Savic?

P.S. United and Juventus just found an agreement for transfering Berbatov to Turin, after he had already a flight booked to florence, paid by our club... Juve showed once again their arrogance and their lack of respect and Man u were ready to back them. Man u and juve are by far the worst scum I have ever seen...

nastasic is already able to express his potential at the highest stage. moreover, he was underpaid here (350,000 € a year) and there was no chance we could resign him now, while Savic might improve in a club like fiorentina,which is immediately behind the top 3-4 serie A sides. at least, I hope so...

Anyways is it me or this the bloke we thought we were signing when we got Savic? it will come out that it was one of those mix up with the scout reports and we ended up with the wrong guy im convinced of it. Similar to that Danish bloke everton bought off udinese(i think) a few years ago.

Anyway the major plus for me is that he isnt Savic so anything after that is a bonus,lets get this wrapped up, get our pacey winger in and be done with this transfer window.

When he first arrived he looked like a thoughtful player who could take up decent positions during a game, and who was generally accurate with his passing. He had a few bad experiences which seemed to knock his confidence and I don't think he ever really got used to the faster game in the Prem (struggled with less time on the ball before the opposition challenged him). Maybe a new league is just what he needs. I personally think he will be well suited to the Italian game.

Wouldn't be the first time for Berbatov. We had a fee agreed with Tottenham to buy him and he flew to Manchester for a medical, he didn't show up and he signed for united. Fiorentina are better off without him.
