Now i must say that is incredible stupid he play 5 games he score 4 goals and one own goal it s hes and Silva first goal hes credit , so he miss one chance like Tevez against Arsenal but he should be bench , and impact sub nothing more , well count hes goals , its boring how much people are against City player, if u dont like him ok , but u cant say hes not deserve to play in this squad. That is my opinion.

He didn't say that he didn't deserve to be in the squad .... he said he shouldn't be in the starting team. If all players are fit and healthy, then I agree with that as he misses far too many chances when he starts a game and bags nearly all his chances when he comes on later. He's an important squad player, not a first choice starter for me.

He said impact sub nothing more and i dont agree. I followed how little it takes to put Edin in mud, Tevez made three errors, nothing, Edin single drop him, well i dont agree, he is not a player like Aguero and Tevez but hes best scorer I do not argue just do not agree that he is nothing more impact sub.Us for superbia i do not have wright to say my opinion abaut Edin that makes me not City fan , ridicilus, but ok.
You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer.

I must say, some are harsh on Dzeko. Yes he did miss an easy chance but it was his stopped shot that Silva scored from and he gave 2 passes to Kun that could have resulted in 2 goals (1 at least). He didn't play too well but he wasn't that bad also.
Happy with the result. It wasn't very pretty but 3 points in the bag and that's all that counts.

his balls through to Aguero were class but overall I thought he was poor.

Mario deserves some minutes and I would have hooked Dzeko around when Kun came on

I wonder if Mario would have come on in the 2nd half if he hadn't been late out for it.Commentator I was listening too suggested Mancini was not happy and had a go at him for it.

not sure what the fulltime stats were, but at halftime Milner had travelled the most distance (6.15km) and Barry the next highest (6.01km) - mainly as a product of us constantly having to firefight as a result of sloppy passing. I actually think that was a game we could (and should) have won by a bigger margin.

I agree with that but the Dzonkey calls are out of order. No City player should be called that.

In my opinion thats all he his. Injuries aside and if sergio was fully fit he would have played the last ten or so minutes.

Thing what gets me is he's harped on about being played as a sub yet in the games he's started he has played more poor games than good. It's not hatred towards the player before you start getting all palus on my ass just opinion. Also he had just fluffed up a chance that even I would have buried and physical health wise I cannot play football.

As a person he comes across as a good lad no doubt about that. Just not convinced by some stuff he does on the pitch especially in the games he starts.

It's a bit sad & rag-ish tbh. Here we are winning 2-0 & people are slagging off one of our players, who was involved in not only the first goal, but set up a couple chances on top of that.

I didn't think he was poor today, his touch was fine fwiw. He squandered some chances alright, but so did Tevez & so did Aguero in the end. Where are all the voices calling them donkeys or worse?

There''re a lot of haters on here. The new Palus has a valid point. Tevez and Kun get much more leeway.

Dzeko might not be the most eye catching attacking player in the league but he's a valuable teamplayer and he scores his goals.

Our own fans giving him this level of abuse is ridiculous.

I had to take some rag clients to the West Ham match on Wednesday and as someone has pointed it out already its just like them to turn on one of their own players.

Nani got A LOT of stick! Valencia could do anything but as soon as Nani lost the ball he was told to 'fuck off' and 'get rid Fergie'.

Shame we've ended up like them.

Two things stood out for me today from CB2 222 .......

Firstly , how fuckin cold was it today !!!!!!

Secondly , how fuckin shit was Berbatov ? pmsl

Stroll in the park today , City never ever got out of 2 nd gear . Workrate was fantastic in the conditions against a very busy but inefective Fulham.

Fabulous to see David Silva bag a brace ..... will he ever get a better opportunity to get a hatrick ? Always great to see him in forward positions and on the score sheet , awesome world class quality player. A mention for Clichy who for me had an exceptional game again . Lastly lets all hope Zabba,s injury isnt too serious ...... fingers crossed for that one !

Well done to all the boys on a freezing day. Didn't sound the best game but 3 points is all that mattered. Although I believe United will take the points tomorrow at least we've put a little bit more pressure on them to get something. Who knows, it could be a 4 point gap from top and double that to 3rd by this time tomorrow. Here's hoping.

1 Man Utd 22 27 55
2 Man City 23 26 51
3 Chelsea 22 24 42
4 Tottenham 22 12 40
5 Everton 22 9 37
6 Arsenal 21 16 34

I am not sure scoring so early helped us in terms of playing well and exciting the crowd. At one up we didn't bust a gut and Fulham had loads of the ball mostly because we gave it back to them much quicker than we normally do. A few too many hopeful long balls and there just seemed a lack of a top controlling midfield player ,namely Yaya.

That said and Fulham didn't create anything because our back 4 plus Barry and Garcia simply didn't let them. The 2nd half was a little different and we were in better control and creating more chances and good situations. With better finishing and composure we could have had 5 easily.Milner wasn't good today but his workrate and team contribution was fine.Tevez was a bit mixed but for a while everything good we did seemed to come from his hard work winning the ball back and the assist for Silva's 2nd was good ( even if not a perfect touch)

Silva scored 2 should have had a hat trick and played well without being at his very best.I though Vinnie was good today reading the passes well for key interceptions as was Nasti and Gael I thought was excellent.Has Joe ever had less to do?

Just looking at the stats Doug and Fulham only had 2 shots, zero on target. In contrast we had 20 with 7 on target but strangely it says that we only had 47% possession. I don't remember too many teams having better possession than us (or passes), think the last was the Dippers when we beat them 3-0.

Agreed .

I bet Joe Hart froze his fuckin nuts off lol. There were a few stray passes here and there from both teams but understanable in the bitterly cold conditions .

Rumour mill rife in Etihad that Mario,s house is up for sale etc etc

Wow... I didnt know that there were so many hating cunts here.
Bunch of spoiled brats.

To disrespect our player like that... Inconceivable. Makes me sick to read this crap.

BTW if there was any player that we were braging about taking his chances, and needing just a little to score, it was Dzeko.

What a bunch of hypocritical so-called fans here.

BTW II - Aguero and Dzeko created much space in the last 10 min and in that tempo we could easily score 3 more goals. Great to see them continue playing well together.
The most important thing for a forward is speed of thought. Top players read the game.

What we seen today, or some did anyway, was a workman like result. We went with a midfield that consisted of Barry, Milner and Garcia. We're were missing key players against a Fulham side who produced nearly 500 passes. Not many teams get over 300 against us so it goes someway to show how well they played; in midfield anyway.

You're right though, I think many fans now expect more, even when we have the likes of Nasri, Sergio et al on the bench.

A good hard earned win where we didn't allow the Fulham attack any room. I'm sure BBQ wanted it today, we just didn't let him in.

Yeah workmanlike is a good description. Mind there were a couple of times when our play reminded me of some of the heights it reached last season, fleeting but lovely to see again. Fulham are one of those sides that seem to give us stubborn resistance in games, tis the way it is ... 3 points is the most important thing, job done

To be honest mate, I think Fulham feel they have some sort of self-entitlement when it comes to us, a bit of 'We are their Bogeys' attitude. Berbatov definately has one.

I'm glad Mancini has put that to bed, he's ensured that they never think of themsleves of having a chance. By winning in the manner we did has shown to them that whichever way we play they will always have to step it up and even when they do then it will be difficult to get a result.

The Rags have pushed this for years, killing teams before they stepped foot in the stadium. Under Mancini we're doing it without the extra fans to tell them so.
