Got to love the media eh ... Joey also posted the following straight after but obviously that would spoil the story/headline!

Joseph Barton‏@Joey7Barton
Just re-read that last tweet and it sounds like i'm advocating kicking ballboys! Haha I was mearly trying to point out Hazard, may as well..

Joseph Barton‏@Joey7Barton
..of kicked him properly for the way he is going to be punished for this. Public perception is he's volleyed him. In reality he's tried..

Joseph Barton‏@Joey7Barton
..all be it in an aggressive manner to dislodge the ball from beneath him. I am strictly against the kicking of balls people. #kickitout

Joseph Barton‏@Joey7Barton
Hope that clears that statement up... #twistedsentiments

I'm with you on this, definitely. Comic moments are few and far between. I look forward to Kolorov leathering a mascot or Balotelli groping a female steward or Evra soiling himself whilst Silva runs at him or a rare tropical toad emerging from Brian Kidd's hair during an interview.

This has just reminded me of when a young Tim Henman leathered the ball into that ballgirl in a fit of temper many years ago & got disqualified.

She wasn't even timewasting. That obviously hurt a lot more, but was still fucking funny.

I'd just like to apologise to those that I may have had a pop at last night. After reviewing the incident it is clear that the fat little shit got what was coming to him and although, as a father, I'd still twat Hazard for being a cock, it is in no way right for me to call anybody a balloon for expressing a different opinion.

I was of the same opinion beefy when it happened , Hazzard should never have done what he did though and the ref got the situation perfectly right in the heat of the moment for me. If it was my lad who got kicked i wouldnt be able to control my actions , thankfully it wasnt and my lad wouldnt behave like that little shit did anyway.

We can all laff at it now though ....... soooooooo fuckin funny lol

So it's not okay for Joey to punch a lad for verbally abusing his female cousin, but its okay for someone to kick a kid in the ribs when the kid is trying to time waste to help his hometown team get to a final?

The whole point is that he didn't kick him at all ... he did actually kick the ball.

Some technique to be able to kick a ball that someone is lying over without also kicking the person. Sign him up. Oh wait!!

Left the pad on page 2 last night and now on page 6, still find it pretty funny really, a 17y/o piss taker and a footy player falling for his nonsense. Chelsea out of the cup and having to waste time on this media circus.
Result.

Did you have or do you know who had the Zurich blues flag on a St George at the game against Fulham?
