The ref who handled the Chelsea v PSG game on one hand has to be admired for letting it flow, However his blind eye to stone wall Yellows like handball, trips from behind was laughable. Fabregas gets away with murder why ?

I thought he was awful. Wouldn't know a foul if it came up and kicked him in the backside

What a fucking tit that Bolingbroke guy is. Where did inter find this guy, from rags?

Basically
-he wants big clubs included in CL no matter how shite they are cause 'they deserve it due to their heritage'.

-he wants to move games to morning so that their fans in Asia can watch the games

Fuck off.

Not that I give a shite what inter do but we should Never go down that route

"It is not an accident the Premier League is doing as well as it is. It has taken years of planning. When you see a Premier League game, every seat is sold. The lighting is better. The grass is greener. It is one of those products you see on TV and say 'I wish I was there'. When you see a match and the stadiums are half empty it doesn't have the same appeal."

Well Bolingbroke, your clubs don't own their Stadia, there is no reason or incentive for you to invest for your clubs, fat cats take the money. out. Continuous bribery and Mafia like influence. Racism, fixed games, drugs , all play a part in your games being shown in half empty (some multi purpose) Stadia.

You're basically going cap in hand to Uefa. Ask Brussels , money gets wasted there.

Oh and who tf do Barcelona think they are ? They should organise a weekend footy comp and invite these teams.

If football continues down the route it's taking, particularly if the sort of ideas in that article are what is being considered, then I can see a lot of the traditional fanbase of a lot of the current teams just jacking it in.
I know I would hate City to be involved in any kind of closed shop, or elite money maker protectionism.

Incidentally, your username.....anything to Dave Bacuzzi, played for City in the mid 60's.

Yes, adopted it during the Mancini era as it seemed to fit after watching him play for us (all be it a brief career in the 60's). Was marginalised on bluemoon for questioning the holistic philosophy and Pellegrini appointment.
There are some good posters on there but too many of the Mods are control freaks.

Dave Bacuzzi ran a travel agency in Monkstown, South Dublin back in the 80's.
Travelled with him to Italia 90. Great trip.
Think he was managing Bray Wanderers at the time. It was a team out that direction anyway. A few of the guys from the team travelled as helpers in the organization. Had a real blast with the lot of them and his family.
Sorry got lost in reminiscence.

Carry on......Corruption?
