I'm absolutely convinced that this will go to the last day now, with Leicester having to win at Chelsea because I think Spuds will win their next four and have a massively better goal difference.

The odds of Spurs winning the Prem have come in from 4-1 to just 2-1 since yesterday on the back of this weekend's games.

They played well tonight, but watching it in a pub in the East End (Limehouse) reminded me why I don't like Spurs. And every time I hear that dirge like 'Oh when the Spurs...' ugh! And Steve Mckenzie's goal was still better than Villa's.

Don't want to see that man anywhere near that club. But can see them going for him.

Leicester's game next Sunday will be Huge. Drop points there and I can easily see the title slip away from them

Can't wait for them top slink back to being top 4 challengers. Hate Spurs. Carragher just saying they'll never have a better chance because Chavs, Rags, Arse and Scouse will be better next season No mention of us. Then says the more he watches Spuds he thinks they may have another chance. Pochettino left Southampton for a bigger team. Nothing to say he'll stay if someone lbigger than Spuds comes in.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

Spurs were really good last night but I do think Stoke have a look of a team that are on the beach.

Not sure who works in our scouting network but how come we never spend 6 mill on some young kid like Alli. He is the real deal. I know Liverpool pretty much had him and stalled over a small amount of money and Spurs nipped in. What were Liverpool thinking.

Horrible feeling Spurs are going to do this. Leicester need 2 wins and 2 draws or 3 wins from 4. They haven't slipped up all season, but...

I am torn on this whole title thing.

The City fan in me screams for spurs to win FUCK ALL. I do know a spurs fan and he's a really good lad, but 1981 just can not be forgotten. Nor can the two games v them this season that we were basically cheated out of when comfortably set. And Leicester would be a nice story, them never being champions before and little fluffy bunny rabbits and so on.

The football fan in me wants spurs to win because Leicester are a 1980s Howard Wilkinson throwback of a team who are monumentally tedious to watch. They've had the luck of a pox doctor's clerk. And they're a dirty set of twats who get away with enormous amounts of shit week-in week-out and then have the temerity to whinge about it when something finally goes against them.

Ah, fuck it, we'll have to win all our remaining games and pip the pair of them.

I think spurs will win it though.

Leicester all the way, I just think back to 2006 and how disillusioned I was with football. If back then I'd seen someone do a Leicester then it would have given me hope that all was not lost. So for all the dreamers out there I hope Leicester do it, despite not being enamoured with the football they produce.

Couple of things to ponder from a City point of view. If Spurs were to win it do you think that would make them stronger in the long run? Meaning tougher competition for us, not necessarily a bad thing some might say.

It really is a tall order now,but i would love it, just love it if both spurs and leicester dropped the next two matches.

Of the other teams , rather rooting for Leicester even though i can't Robert Huth .

Agree

With all the money in the game this is something that would be genuinely good for the neutral.

shit football yes but why not. Chavs won the chumps league like that, and as I keep being told its only the pots that matter in the end.

An odd one. He is at Celtic next season as well. Maybe if he does well, Pep may give him a chance to replace Navas, assuming he is still with us. But you are right. There is little chance of us giving a player like Ali or Roberts or Iheanacho a long run in the team. Perhaps our higher aspirations than Spurs mean we have bigger pressure to deliver results so we are less likely to invest time in youth. Be interesting to see if spurs or rags both play as many young lads next season.

I for one am hoping Pep will take a punt on a young lad or two next season. That is what we built the Academy for after all
