And surprisingly when Mata scores from an offside position the flag stays down.
Yeah but these even themselves out during the season. I've been told
That's three poor offside decisions in the last two and a half games that they've benefited from. I won't hold my breath waiting for retribution.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

It was. Defence didn't cover itself on glory though.

Strange game this, my eyes were telling me that Southampton were creating clear opportunity after opportunity yet the pundits were telling me that klippertys subs had made a change and Liverpool were way on top.
Not sure why they'd do that.

I thought Liverpool looked very poor tonight and if they play like that on Sunday they will go down very easily.

They've looked a yard of their usual pace for the last few games and I'm not sure if they're trying to save energy with all the games they've got this month. They've definitely not been pressing as they usually do.
Saints were good though and their quick interchange made it difficult for the Dippers to get a foot hold. Good game, shame Saints didn't get what they could have.

Ha ha ha. Tiss' just said the referee only had a bad game for one team, and that was Saints.
Wonder if he'll be on a charge tomorrow?

Shows how Mane impacts their game from a pressing perspective. He is a big miss for them. Plus add sulky sturridge instead of enthusiastic Origi and you lose a lot of energy from your starting 11

Real equalise in the third minute of added time time to break Barcelonas record of undefeated games for a Spanish club. Unbeaten now for 40 games, having won 32 whilst scoring 115 goals. Some achievement for a rookie boss
