Well, seems experience trumped creativity with Komps over Stones.
Glad Mendy is in there. Sane won't be too happy, but I'll bet he starts the next match.

If Sane who’d be left out. Sterling or Bernardo? Nah. He may well come on to run against tired legs. Kompany instead of Stones is interesting. Walker lucky to get another chance. Come on City! At the Etihad. Buzzing!

Pep is going with experience, clearly.
If he's not good enough Bernardo or Gundo will switch to an 8, and Dinho or Sane come on, depending on what the scoreline is.

Tracking back I think is the biggest issue/switching off from time to time.

100% correct. Not rocket science. But great sub indeed, concentrates more

The media have convinced me Spurs have it sewn up

Wow. Shocked that Sane and Stones aren't starting.
Although Im sure both will start on Saturday which is arguably a bigger match

Don't want to jinx this, but we have no fullback options at all on the bench. A bit risky, although I guess Fernandinho can fill in if needed.

He seemed alright last season with his tracking back when he was winning YPOTY. Wonder why Pep has decided this is the season to make a point and not last season.
