I have given up on the CL. It's WWE. Utterly and completely bent. The Spurs game did it for me, I'm opting out. Give me a PL title any day over it. It's beyond words.

Let them obsess about it. Happy to be obsessed and bout bring champions of England. Winning the PL is a marathon, a total endurance and to have seen 3 wins is incredible. Desperately nervous about Sunday, the CL never has me as keyed up. It just doesn't.

Now that Messi is fading, Barca's terrible signings are starting to show. Blowing 150 million on Coutinho is a joke. That 150 million allowed dippers to go on a spending spree last year which brought us to today. Coutinho is one of the most overrated players I have seen. Cunt.

Same with dembele. Those 2 sitters he missed last week should be cause for a sacking. Cunt.

The wank fest will be nauseating through the summer. Cunts.

Ajax (hoping they get through) will be clear underdogs, if the dippers dont turn up thinking they got in the bag then anything can happen. Its not a forgone conclusion. It will be even sweeter if they fuck it up in a final. I hope they get done by a controversial goal.

Messi was one one today and chose not to shoot then waltzed about doing fuck all, and then that corner. So suspicious.

Odds on 10,000 keyed-up Scousers turning up in Brighton this weekend to ruin City’s weekend by any means necessary?

This. I'll even go further.

We've not been so great at all the past few games nor CL and seem more nervous than they have. I've felt Pep's anxiety on the bench might play a part.

I don't agree with that, they have been super nervous in the PL and saved by dodge decisions.

Both teams will win at the weekend.

No, City will win on Sunday .

Haven't seen the Scouse2 game yet, was on the Autobahn. Was that first goal offside ?

Why is everyone thinking Ajax are underdogs, for me it's a 50/50. They went through the group stages unbeaten, drawing both home and away to Bayern. Beat Real in the last 26 before gong on to beat Juventus in the quarters; that's 3 of the cartel clubs they've seen off.

And we all know what's happened so far against Spurs, winning 1-0 at the DarkArts Stadium whilst restricting Spurs to just 1 shot on target.

Ajax may be the underdogs to some but unless there's some dodgy officiating I can see them going toe to toe.

They wouldn't know where Brighton is, mate, Blackpool and Prestatyn is where they're at.

Amazing that Barca have blown 3-0 leads in the Champions League two years running.

Lucky? No such thing 'Lucky', that's players being prepared and taking the opportunity as it arises.

Lucky in sport is when key decisions go your way, and were wrong in the first place.

I cant recall Edison making more than one same per game in those ties and none of our goals were dodgy.

That's a bit unfair.

Last night we had Leicester under one order, get back on the defense when we lose the ball and don't worry about picking up a man, just pack our area. Waste time, so much that the ref wastes time telling them they are wasting time.

Rodgers said before the game he wants the players to win the ball back asap, when they lose it. Like City do. Didn't happen last night.

Bernie was very unlucky not to be on the scoresheet last night.

Burnley, well , enough said !

I was having a chat with a Rag last week about all things football and we got onto the subject of the CL. Out of nowhere he asked me if I thought we had to pay our dues, which took me a'back a little. I asked him what he meant as I didn't want to seem too tin-foil and very direct he said we don't have a chance because we've got a way to go to be part of the 'establishment'.

Now, if a fair minded Rag can see that, why can't we?
