Silva should only ever be a sub for us now. He's off the pace in every game he starts these days.

I get that we only need a few points to get the CL spot, and that we probably need to rotate more than most, but to change it so much seems a bit OTT. We don’t have the legs of those that Fern and Dave have replaced and thinking that Fern can just sit back in that position after a year away from it is a bit far fetched.

Saying that, we’ve had plenty of chances and their goal was a complete fuck up waiting to happen. Everybody knows Ederson is always off his line and that goal was very much highlighted in the Saints tactical plan.

Second half and a chance of a reprieve. Saints have worked their arses off and if we can start to exploit the quick breaks instead of slowing it in the final third, we’ll get the chances.
