Absolutely, it's a huge problem.
Being a young teenager going to the match with your mates and not your mam and dad was a great coming of age ritual and it got you hooked, even the big matches were accessible for a reasonable price too.
FFW to todays abomination of a ticketing fiasco and you have to pay £35 for a chance (Just a chance) to get in to see a B rated game whilst ALL of the A games have been taken up by official touts, if the club carry on with this policy our core support would have disappeared in a decade from now.
Just for a reference, the average age of a Chelsea SC holder is 59, that's 59 and it's untenable.
