He clearly disobeyed instructions from the Manager during a crucial match in the Champion's League. That is disgraceful disloyalty in anyone's book. Frankly I don't care whether he refused to warm up, refused to play or refused to pick his nose. He's paid a fortune ( more in a day than many fans get in a year) to do what he's told by the manager. As it happens he said immediately afterwards that he wasn't ready to play so he's damned from his own mouth.

Yesterday I heard a fan say that he had travelled 26 hours in a coach to watch the Bayern match, that Tevez had been his hero and that he would never forgive him for his behaviour. Now we're told he didn't say Mancini treated him like a dog. Well there's tape of him speaking in Spanish. We'll soon find out what the truth is.

I suppose if he scored the winner against QPR and we won the League I could hardly complain. Still my next thought would be 'Fuck off Tevez'. Personally I'd far rather win without him and Aguero is a damn good replacement. If he does end up playing I wonder what damage it would do to the cohesion of the squad. I think the club would be better off not taking the risk.

Well said.

The thought of him makes me feel dirty, like I just barebacked a girl who I later suspect has an STD. Need to scrub my cock with bleach.

Who thinks we need Tevez to win the league?

Its a no from me.

Poll this maybe in a new thread?

There you go wide-boy, not exact but near enough. And no, I said nothing of the sort, you're pretend anger position doesn't make it so either.

Cheers.

i wasn't angry, or pretend angry. i was asking you, and wanted to know, what you wrote, which is what you supplied. And basically what i wrote above is my synopsis of what Tevez said. Knowwhatimean?

btw what's "wide-boy" mean?

To be honest there is probably some truth in what Tevez has said, but its strange that he didn't say that at the time.

Mancini did make a fucking stupid sub, and no doubt he was in a pissed off mood because of how that game went.

The trust probably lies in half way between what we mostly think to be true and what Tevez has said.

It should still have never happened though.

would this have happened to an English manager or a player who spoke the same language as the manager? two different questions.

1) Potentially, if they were fiery enough
2) less chance as they could have understood each other rather than just going off body language

And having read the interview again, I've realised it was actually Dzeko's fault. Can't believe I've let him get away with that for all these months.

It's a sub he's done before and since. Put on a midfielder to get hold of the game (we hadn't touched the ball in the second half). Then put a striker on when you're back on top. Can look negative and seemed a bit mad in the heat of the game but there's no point playing an extra striker if you can't get the ball to give it to them.

Still think we'd have lost but we didn't stand a chance once scarface started playing up

We could have done with an extra striker while Yaya has been in Africa especially with Barry, Kompany and Balotelli all getting bans. Now the tournament's over, he and Kolo should be on their way back to Manchester. We'll then have all the players who served us so well available. Hopefully Bobby will just give Scarface enough playing time as he's legally got to do.

Personally I wouldn't trust him further than I could throw him and as I can only lift about 10 lbs in weight ........
If you can keep your head when all around you are losing theirs, it's just possible that you haven't really grasped the gravity of the situation.

If the manager tells him to keep warming up & he refuses, the little cunt is refusing to play, end of story.

Which manager, in those circumstances, is going to go to the player & say "oh I'm sorry, you're just refusing to warm up because you've decided you don't need to ? My bad. I don't know what I was thinking, asking you to continue warming up. Of course I'll put you straight on. I'm not surprised you refused. We'll say no more about it "

I'm sure Ferguson would have no problems with that. Or Mourinho.

What a crock of fucking shit.

Agreed......every manager has a personality and some of them are confrontational and aggressive....its something you have to put up with , end of story.

Just copied and pasted from The Tevez Poll Thread in case it was in the wrong place.

Don't think we either need him or want him back at the club.

The only reason he is coming back to the club is that they have effectively *uc*ed him over. Really like the stance that the club have taken over the situation. Never slammed the door in his face or entered into any kind of slanging match, but on the other hand have held firm and not allowed themselves to be bullied by either the player or more importantlyAC Milan. who have come out of the January transfer window looking extremely amateur. Still reckon they did bottle it over Kaka.

Tevez doesn't really have a choice here, he has to make some sort of attempt to come back. If he doesn't, then he doesn't get paid for the remainder of the season and also lessens his chances of a major club wanting to take on either him or his hefty salary. There is also a growing groundswell that if he were to be sold then the club would be in a fairly strong position to sue him once he has gone for deliberately decreasing his value in order to engineer a move away from the club. Something to do with European trade laws. So we might effectively sue him for 20million quid say, a fairly hefty hit even by his wealthy standards.

And I hope we do sue him as lets not forget that not only has he *hit on the club and Mancini but also us as paying spectators, the very people that he has happily had help pay his wages over the past couple of years.

Don't get me wrong, Tevez is an excellent player and we have much to thank him for in helping us on our quest and I will always recognise the effort he has put in and the value of his input. But it is now time to move on we have the players to be able to succeed now is not the time for self doubt.

Mancini has to be seen to be playing ball here otherwise Tevez could scream restriction of trade, but there is nothing to say that he has to pick him when fit and it would still leave the club in a strong bargaining position in the summer. If we really need him between now and the end of the season then use him but after yesterdays outburst on Argentine TV who could put there hand on there heart and say that with the scores at 1-1against THAT LOT in the 94th minute, with Tevez sent clean through with only De Gea to beat that he will actually be trying 100% to bury it and send us six points clear.

Hmmmmm thought so.....

Don't play him and get rid in the summer but only on our terms.

Kippax.

I wonder why it is so difficut to get the plain obvious.
These two bastards have engineered a huge lucrative sale every two year since coming to the Milky Land.
Since when Kia decided it was City's turn to get the bitter pill his tool has played every kind of disruptive fiction to get what they want: most adverted fans wont fail to remember that ony occasion for disruption was carefully taken in the wake of any crucial moment of the Bluemoon Rise, deemed to maximize their effects, in spite of the fact that both Club and manager had afforded any lovely attention to keep him warm (late returns for any preseason, several come home permission, even the captaincy!).
Every chance to ride the stereotype spread by the media about the foreign manager who cant comunicate properly and get stonghold of the dressingroom has been narrowly used, and I wonder why the same problems didnt rise with the development of serious and committed pros like Vinnie, Micah, Yaya, David, etc...

Now that City has passed through the dire straight of a crowded period of fixtures along with same lovely care by referees/FA and everything looks bright ahead of the final rush to the title the disruption strikes back, timely.

For proper easy reference of what is mounting just check the SS Football webpages....

On a separete note I wonder, really wonder, what the F****g FIFA/UEFA would have done if any other employee of any Club other than City would have unilaterally decided to cross the ocean and go AWOL playing golf and publicly cheating his Employer after having refused to fullfil his contractual performance!!! FFS

1. "unintelligible language"
2. "ACID QUEEN"
3. "never once fails to turn a football thread into a himseelf thread"
4. "thumbs stalker often resulting in repetitive thumb strain"
5. ignore the cunt. he's on permantent wum mission. only TIDs may know City

You'd need to make a very good psychiatrist in order to guess what next in a eight yrs long line of hatred...

In Roger Ailes/Donnie Drumpf's words: "don't know it for a fact, but many people say so..."
there must be some truth, then!
