Carlos is being a bit silly if all this is true, but hey ho, this is the City I have always loved and will carry on loving regardless of who plays, manages, owns etc...

The timing does seem strange after this weeks interview, part of me hoping that the press really don't want City at the top table; on the other hand this has gone through the roof, similar to the shrek story' which turned out to be true........

CITY TILL WE DIE

Bobby flew back to Italy, I am assuming because of the situation with his Dad.

Cheers mate, didn't think it was anything to do with the rumours, just wanted to make sure!!

errrrr i can guarantee we wouldn't be joint top if we didn't have the money.

I didn't say it didn't solve some problems - you are right we would probably have gone bust under Shinawatra's regime so we are certainly in a better place than we would have been had that continued - but it is clear that it is causing problems too

Neil Ashton (yep, THAT cunt) was just on Radio5 Live.

He said that the request came in on Monday, City have done well to keep it quiet until now. Tevez is very determined to leave, was upset about his in-house interview which was recorded a while ago coming out after the infamous substitution and saw that as a signal from the club that he was no longer in control of the situation. Blah, blah.

I'd rather be where we are now & Tevez Balotelli Adebayor & any other fucker who wants to leave fucks off, than where we were before. And I recon that's by about 200,000%. If the money is unhealthy then I hope City are visiting the doctor at least for the rest of my lifetime.

So either Bob or Ashton are lying, seeing as Bob denied all knowledge of Tevez wanting to leave just yesterday. Seeing as Ashton is a rag, I'll trust Bob unless proof comes out to the contrary.

My money is on this being cheap cheap, take a look at yourself asshole, journalism.

Pretty pathetic really.

But then those who don't follow City closely, will swallow this crap and take it to work on Monday.

I guess the positive is, this is the attention and shite jouvinile journalism our rise attracts.

The revolutions is still on healthy!

This is true, like I said before, players, managers and owners come and go. There is only ONE thing in any football club that is constant-- THE FANS

Enjoy our victory and keep believing, this is carloss' loss and our gain

Maybe this is Tevez' way of firing a few bullets accross Mancini's bow, aimed at some kind of 'getting together' and sorting things out. maybe it's just wishful thinking on my part, but we've heard before all this stuff happening, and then when the dust settles, they all come out shaking hands, talking about misunderstandings and so forth. Well, here's hoping!

However, I do think he would be a big loss, but the way we are starting to gell, I don't think it would be the end of the world. A true top striker would find it easy to blend in with this team. I think at the moment, talent in the squad isn't the problem, it's personalities which need massaging and cajoling.

Apart from the obvious loss it would be to lose Tevez, it's just another feed for the rags fans which irks me.

It just does not make sense that Tevez would do this.Heres hopeing for a quick denial from Tevez in his recent interview on the os he stated himself that something like 70% of everything wrote about him england is lies.

First thing's first - the captaincy needs to be taken off him and given to Kompany.

If he wants out then let him go. No one player is bigger than the club. Yes we would not be at the top of the table without but if he's made up his mind then there's no point in harbouring an unhappy player who could cause more disruption.

He has a long contract with us so we can demand big bucks from possible suitors, though that might be a bit off putting for most. If he goes back to Boca or whoever then fair enough but if he signs for another European club then that will be unforgiveable.

Whatever happens, it's a massive downer on a day we should be celebrating going joint top of the table.

I just heard on the news that he has handed a transfer request so he can return home to Argentina.

Fair enough if he wants to run out his contract and go home but who on earth can afford him on Argentina whilst he is still contracted to us.

Not a single quote to this story anywhere.....not from Tevez, not one that is officially ascribed to his agent in which said agent is named, nothing from the club nor anyone else and the usual fucking idiots are off again.

There could be some truth in this, but I'd be amazed if it's not 20% truth and 80% total fabrication.

Just all seems like too much of a coincidence that as soon as we are genuinely on the up, our red friends in the media come out with yet another load of fucking shite.

Let's admit the fact that he is the best player we have had for awhile, but I am really getting tired with his shit. And it is obvious, that
he is having some personal issues. If he want's to go, that's his prerogative, he will always be a City legend as far as I am concerned. But would Roberto please lift his armband please!! He doesn't deserve to represent it.

Alright, maybe not a legend, but I will say that 33 goals in 50 appearances, definitely makes a nice memory :)

That's how it seems to me but if it's not true, the club need to respond. As the manager & captain have both fucked off & don't seem to have been arsed responding since this came out, I suppose it's all down to Vicky but has anyone told her what the fuck is going on?

If it is true, I also don't understand; why doesn't the agent just tell everyone clearly what's happening rather than some random 2nd hand twattering?

If this turns out to be bollocks though, it's the saddest piece of media cuntishness yet & anyone who sees that Neil Ashton wanker should punch his fucking lights out. Enough is enough with these bastards.

Interesting to note that there is not a sausage about this on the BBC's website

What I think we all have to be alive to is, anti-City potential media bias aside, the fact that ALL top clubs have to deal with this kind of shit about their star players.

Liverpool - Torres, Gerrard
Arsenal - Fabregas
United - Beckham, Ronaldo, Rooney
Chelsea - Drogba, Terry

There may well be some truth in this story but fact is, all of the above have had issues re their star players which have ranged from rumours, to blatant tapping up, to players slapping in transfer requests.

Carlos Tevez's "homesick" angle is a new one but one that makes the whole thing even more unrealistic and likely to be more easily manageable (if true) than, say, Barcelona courting Cesc Fabregas.

I don't like this kind of story and we do not need this kind of shit but what annoys me more than the scumbag gutter press is the fucking mongs amongst us who are quick to jump on the back of one of our most consistent and valuable players with absolutely zero proof that he has actually done anything wrong.

Even if he is homesick and even if he had fallen out with Mancini and said he wants to leave.......so what. We can manage the situation, either by resolving his issues and making him feel all warm and lovely or, ultimately, by replacing him. In the interim, however, there is nothing to gain and lots to lose by having fuckwits ranting and raving about or at him and doing the rag media's job for them. Idiots
