Kolarov's a pro and should be able to handle it, but he seems to get nervous by Tevez' ans Yaya's moaning. You can see that he's thinking too long and hesitating much when he gets the ball in a good position and thus always opt for the safest option but a few seconds too late. he should just go for what his instinct tells him, and not be afraid to unleash the cannon every now and then, no matter what Tevez' tells him.
