Thought Lescott looked very good tonight as well.

Controlled performance without being flashy, just hope Kompany's injury isn't too bad.

my obsessional rage? not obsessed or in a rage - just wondered if you'd like to explain yourself?

obsessed? nope - just don't like how my illness made my family feel.

rage - not really, mutual friends have told me where you live. if it was rage - you'd know about it.

Balo, silva, tevez, edin, and yay a are starting to combine brilliantly. Great slow keep ball, then sudden fast tempo. Kinda like brazil in the 70s haha

I'm buzzing at the moment. I think Dynamo will be a really tough test.

As do i im really enjoying europe this season, we have given a good showing albeit often putting out far from our best 11.

It's getting serious now and im feeling very positive about this competition add to the fact i have already sussed a ticket for the final its making it a really enjoyable/important european campaign.

Dynamo away is going to be a proper test, glad we are bringing them back home for the 2nd leg.

Aris fans were really good tonight they got right behingd them to the death but to be honest i think city fans are fantastic on away duty.In fairness a day on the beer on european travels is always going to create a fantastic atmosphere amongst the away support.

The one game i've missed this season (girlfriend's sister's 18th) and it's an all out attacking festival, gutted. More of the same at the weekend please Bobby!

I wouldnt say an all out attacking festival at all. excellent first 20 or 30 minutes and then took the foot off the gas and strolled the rest in total control. Got a bit boring I thought at times.

Let's face it Aris were garbage in any sort of attacking sense.Far too easy to go overboard it was an nice easy win,I hope no bad injuries and bring on the next game.
