Not the case when its gross misconduct, as refusing to do the job you are paid for certainly is, he can be suspended UNPAID untill the club hold a disaplinary hearing, and that could take some time as witness statments would need translating from the various nationallities.........say about as long as his outstandingf contract.

In the mean time, mr Tevez can sit on his arse at home because we still hold his reg so he can not play any games without permission, when the hearing is finally held the club are well within their rights to fire him fot the offence of gross misconduct, and claim any reasonable loss the club has suffered ( outstanding amount of contract fee paid to player ).
