That second goal was as good as goal as we've scored all season, I can't wait for MotD to see it again.

To be honest mate, I think Fulham feel they have some sort of self-entitlement when it comes to us, a bit of 'We are their Bogeys' attitude. Berbatov definately has one.

I'm glad Mancini has put that to bed, he's ensured that they never think of themsleves of having a chance. By winning in the manner we did has shown to them that whichever way we play they will always have to step it up and even when they do then it will be difficult to get a result.

The Rags have pushed this for years, killing teams before they stepped foot in the stadium. Under Mancini we're doing it without the extra fans to tell them so.

Excellent point well made fella, hopefully last weeks win at Arsenal will be the start of another bogey breaking run!

Always find Fulham at home a bit of a chore to be honest, subdued atmosphere but comical with Joey getting a ribbing, no no, no, no no no, no no no more dandruff. Zurich blues please stand up.

That was very very very easy, due to our new found habit of having an occasional shot in the first half.

The 2nd goal was a masterpiece, curtailed by the BBC so they could fit in the highlights of Fulham's one attempt.

Nice tribute to Darius Vassell by our strikers today, kept the score respectable.

When Aguero came on, he & Dzeko actually linked up like proper strikers on a couple of occasions, but the Dzeko/Tevez partnership is about as together as Cameron & Clegg. We really need to sort this out.

If the MOTD highlights were a fair reflection, as far as an understanding of each other's movement goes, Suarez & sturridge were already about a year ahead of any of our strike partnerships bar Aguero Tevez. As were Watford's strikers.

All the stuff that strike duo's do; we don't. It's basic stuff.

To disrespect our player like that... Inconceivable. Makes me sick to read this crap.

BTW if there was any player that we were braging about taking his chances, and needing just a little to score, it was Dzeko.

What a bunch of hypocritical so-called fans here.

BTW II - Aguero and Dzeko created much space in the last 10 min and in that tempo we could easily score 3 more goals. Great to see them continue playing well together.

Honestly I couldn't really give a toss what some of you "been following City for a year" cunts or the "we love Edin Dzeko" fuckwits think.

In answer to others who think criticising a 6ft 4in striker who gets shrugged off the ball in the middle of the park time and time again is OK.....or that we shouldn't expect a striker who we spent over 20 million on to be able to put a ball in an empty net and that we are somehow out of order for voicing bewilderment and anger that he fucks stuff like that up again and again...well, if you are ok with that kind of shit then that's your lookout but don't expect others to agree with you just because Edin is in a City shirt.

All of those who are slating him on here are doing so on the internet. I would grumble a bit in the stands and let out the odd "FFS" but I wouldn't (and I'm sure others equally wouldn't) boo him at the ground for being a useless cunt so I don't think voicing our views on his defiencies is particularly "out of order". It's not good enough, end of.

Yes, Sergio and Carlos get cut more slack but frankly, they have come up with the goods far far more consistently than Edin has. He has contributed some crucial goals that is true but he has also been guilty of some truly horrifying profligacy which has cost us. That is why he doesn't get cut as much slack. It's not difficult to understand.

Watched MOTD this morning and had a good look at Dzeko's miss. He went to scoop it over the keeper but the ball bobbles about a foot in front of him and lifts about 6 inches. Any striker would have missed it unless they were planning on taking a touch or just blasting it. Thankfully, it wasn't still 0-0.

Sorry but no excuses for missing that. Shocking miss. Bobble or no bobble, just lucky as you say that the game was won at the time.

So your point is he should be crap on, and call names, even do he save City few times this season , and thanks for insults because even do i really love City i admit i dont love him long us u are ,guilty. That means I like new City supporter dont have have rights here, and we are cunts ,and City, well City cant have new fans , well thanks for letting me know that, I applaud you for your restraint .to add it s insane to expect that someone does not like players from they country, but if you look at my comments you will see that he never give precedence from me, just think of their fans received such insults and every bad move , bench him , but ok .Ican see now that palus even do he was to much at times left some real hate here against Bosnia people for some guys, that is clear.Sorry if we offend your majesty, seeing what I have to put up with insults here because I'm a relatively new fan and I think that there is massive exaggerating with Edin, I do not want to be here, but definitely good luck to you and City.

well you better get used to it , even edin couldn't believe how it popped up.

i don't read anything about sergio's absolutely awful attempt with his left foot.

Get behind all of our attackers sometimes they will miss sitters. Just like merlin did when he really should have had a hat trick yesterday.

I do get behind them, wasn't singling him out, just said it was an awful miss, which it was and we shouldn't look to make excuses for it. Same with Aguerros miss.

Very composed midweek Carrington-esque stroll, whereas an 1/2 (to say 1st, would be too fast) gear Manchester City technically outplayed a Fulham side which, far from their best form moment of the season, still features, on paper, skills and competences of 6th to 10th place on the table, eventually denying them a single shot on target, in spie of the presence of the most work-ethic Berbatov seen since before his swamp's age

Should our front men had retained a minimum-contractual focus/cool in front of the goal in the 2nd half, our trueborn superiority on the Goal Difference spoonsored by Sir Chinners's THE BOLLOX (TM), would had been already restored, irrespectively of this afternoon final scoreline at WHL.

All in all, what showed by the Team in the last month, with and withoutYaya,, imho, looks very promising having in mind the next CL campaign.

1. "unintelligible language"
2. "ACID QUEEN"
3. "never once fails to turn a football thread into a himseelf thread"
4. "thumbs stalker often resulting in repetitive thumb strain"
5. ignore the cunt. he's on permantent wum mission. only TIDs may know City

You'd need to make a very good psychiatrist in order to guess what next in a eight yrs long line of hatred...

I am not going to convince anyone if I'm a fan or not, I think it's enough to be here and post comments on all the topics that I am sure that at least to the extent that I have respect as you have mine, but I will not put up with insults that I am not an old fan City and I like Edin but in amaunt that is normal for my countryman , u can check my comments i said few times he should be sub or that he had awful half. Blind man can see that Edin is constantly attacked, Ballo have fans here, and he was shite whole season like a professional player and no one but him not to call or Dzonkey and his fans called Ballo only fans ,in fact, many are looking to start the game before Edin but no one called them biased, because Edin obviously has a better season. But it does not matter, it is important u to understand that is possible to love the club and the player and that I personally are tense as a stone when I watch City game but to put up with insults because I have an opinion and listen how u know what is in my heart, no thanks. I could not help my self i had to replay sorry i wont make another comment and making shit of topic.

I would echo this.

I'm fucking sick of reading posts from Bosnians accusing us of being xenophobic if we criticise Dzeko.

We are City fans & are from different backgrounds & different countries. I'm sure I speak for most of us when I say that we don't give a flying fuck about Bosnia one way or the other. We don't hate Bosnia. We don't particularly like Bosnia either. We are not that interested in Bosnia; it doesn't fucking matter to us.

We are interested in City. Dzeko happens to be from Bosnia but we don't give a flying fuck where he is from . If he was from Manchester & missed a fucking sitter or behaved like a ponce, he would get the same shit as he does now, probably even more.

Just to add; I thought he was individually ok apart from that miss & a shite header from a great Silva diagonal earlier in the game.
