5 0 great and easy and good response to Cheski .
You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer.

It's 2 goals more than I was expecting to be honest - emphatic just in case the media were going to gush all over Chelsea tomorrow.

Agreed. Who were the commentators?

One of them was a former Fulham player, dunno who though. They talked about our english players saying that finally they can see a City full of english players. How many does Chelsea have in their first eleven?

nbc extra time?

they were making a joke. they said City need to beware because we had Lescott, Hart, Milner, Rodwell in the game and English players are poor so City might concede goals now

Yeah, those one. I caught only the part when they laugh about how many english players we had. They sounded sarcastic to me.

Not sure if you had the same commentary as me (2 English chaps, with half time analysis by Americans - one of whom looked like the stereotypical "washed up high school (American) football star" that you see in shitty teen movies), but mine was probably the most blatantly anti-City I've ever heard. I'm not one of those who bemoans bias in commentary and media like an outraged Daily Mail reader on here, but this time it really was appalling.

Just been onto my Bin Dipper fan brother - telling him it's like watching three bullet-trains hurtling towards the finish line on parallel tracks.

Looking like the best title-race the Premier League has ever had.

Let's hope it's another 'typical City' title win: an own goal clinches it for us, on the final day!

Well that's gone tits up I had city to win 5-0 at corals the cashier put odds of 100/1 on it, been to collect my winnings and she reckons she put 100/1 on by mistake and the correct odds was 14/1 so I've got 15 poxy quid back.

Does anyone know what the odds for city winning today 5-0 was?

Surely if it's their mistake, they still have to honour it ... Get in their case, don't let it go just like that!

Ask to see the manager, and mention false advertising and that you made the bet in good faith at 100/1. Don't let it drop. Also tell them you feel like the victime of 'bait and switch'.

Neah, knowing us, we gonna win the title with the decisive goal from Demi or Garcia. Or how about Lesco? That will be the cherry on top.

If the price has been circled and the betting slip stamped they have to honour it. Used to work for ladbrokes and that was the rules then. doubt its different at corals. Even if they give you free bets rather than cash stand your ground fella. Good luck
