Just saw the passing stats. Zabaleta got a 100% passing accuracy. 26 passes, all to the right address. Impressive!

Pep calling sterling a "fighter" and letting the guy play.
I know this is not top oppo but I'm getting texts from rags saying he looks transformed.

He IS mate. Mind you it was plain to see he went down and down under Pellegrini

Surprised Tintin runs that much. Despite his red face, he comes across as a somewhat lazy player. But looks can be deceiving.

The whole game plan did pal. Terrible conditions to try and improve under for player and manager. We had a fantastic caretaker period.
Anyway back OT... this guy is a killer. And now that everyone knows it's do or die under the greatest manager on the planet, there's no boundries

That was s bit of a mixed bag. Oddly enough it is our forward players who are net getting to grips with Peps style. Silva Aguero and Nolito are all struggling to control the passing at a high tempo. The breaking is not up to speed yet. KDB still a little slow. Sterling on the other hand is really enjoying himself under Pep. He is totally rejuvenated.
I don't mind if it takes a while to start scoring freely, although we should be about 5-0 up by now. If we dominate possession so much that teams don't get s chance to score against us, we will still be in the mix in all competitions when eventually this team clicks. Then somebody will get a right hiding.
I don't think this will be the line up when that happens though. There will be a few changes to come.

Some good descriptions of the goals there, keep it up. For the record, here it's Wimbledon 1 Scunthorpe 2, one pen given and scored (Scunthorpe).

Or maybe Kolarov is just what Pep needed ??!!.........
Whichever way you look at it, the 'Big K' looks similarly rejuvenated in the same way as Sterling.
