And there you go. Sterling booked for diving and when the Sky commentators say it's incredibly harsh you know it is.

Be lucky to keep eleven on the field

Who is the second commentator? He's been really fair all day. Refreshing.

It's Andy Hinchcliffe. Ex-Blue.

Nice one.
Ahhh must have had a word from a few blues then as he's been a massive massive bellend toward us when commentating recently.

Wants to make it all about him again. Nothing new.

If I was Sterling I would have kicked off whilst being booked, called Dean all sorts and got myself sent off. Only way that it will be highlighted that he's just been booked for jumping out of the way.

dont think you can fully blame Dean for this one. it was his assistant who called for it.
unless Dean fully saw the "incident" its his job (all refs' job, really) to listen to advice from his assistant. yes, Dean had to decide whether to listen to his assistant or not, but if he didnt see it (dont know if he did) then why shouldn't he?

Fabiansky touched him too.

The game's still in the balance so I'm not daft enough to expect Dean to award Sterling a penalty even if the Swansea defenders take a chainsaw to his legs.

If he didn't see the incident how could he book Raheem? Clear penalty and ridiculous yellow card.

Tbh if you only look at the KDB incident and nothing more it's a card all day long.

Some of the other decisions though...

Absolutely delighted with that half of football but just missing that extra goal.

But what is Dean doing? Allowing them freebies on our players but then book ours after a 1st innocent challenge. Raheem's card was absurd. He's running at a 100 mph with keeper struggling to get there. The keeper did get him but Raheem didn't even appeal, he was just looking for the ball. Dean then stops, listens to his headset and proceeds to book Sterling for having the temerity to challenge a 50/50 ball.

If the referee has an outcome to this game then I'll be hunting him down before heading over to Riley's place. I'll string both of the fuckers up and let them slowly bleed out, sliced by that very card he has shown!

Cunts!!!

I'll give you that, but Fernandez has stopped people passing him by using his arms twice, and hasn't got a yellow. The inconsistency is appalling.

One thing is certain. We are easily the best team in this division. If we can just start to kill these games a bit earlier we would walk this league. Class to watch.

We are best ATTACKING team. Defensively we are still average at best.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

He was a bellend when he did the Everton game against us but I put that down to him being an ex-Everton player as well as being given his orders. This time he can give fair comment, you can see the difference a mile off.

There's a reason Dean was demoted to the lower leagues .. He is crap and he is proving it over and over again today. Olsson takes out Sterling , foul. Kdb takes out Olsson foul and Yellow card. Sterling gets clipped by the goalie and it's a yellow for diving. Dean you are a sad , malicious man. Get a life. Anyone can see that Sterling was taken out.

Score early doors and we go on and get five or six. However the longer it stays 1-0 the more concerned I will be about another Middlesboro. Get Kun on for Sterling as he will be targeted now by the Swansea defenders and push KDB out wide

The assistant may have said no penalty but it's ridiculous for a referee to book a player for diving if he doesn't see the incident himself. It was a penalty and it wasn't a dive. I only hope Sterling doesn't get a second yellow.
