I thought Bravo should definitely have stopped it - if he'd have stood tall he'd have tipped it over.
I can't see where Mahrez and Gundo are getting so much grief from. They both played well IMHO and both provided an assist. Foden and Mahrez link really well together and Mahrez is the most in form wide man we've got right now. Far better than Bernardo last night.

Mendy 2nd half was looking to how he was at the start of last season when he was providing all the assists. Let's hope he keeps that up and stays injury free and we might have a player on our hands.

I just want pep to keep one of the left backs in the team for a sustained run of maybe 5 or 6 consecutive games. Then we might see what's what.
I know that we need to rotate, but rotate for every game is not necessary.

Great goal but wide open

Just seen it once did Bravo fall down on it instead of standing up?

He had no chance. The guy absolutely leathered it from about 6/7 yards into the roof of the net. Unless it hits the goalie, there’s no chance of saving it

Thats bollox, Bravos range is shocking. Any goalkeeper with som height would catch that. He had his fingers on it, happens way to often.

He did well to get anything on it, better effort than both DeGea and Allison in recent years when Aguero rocketed it past them high on their near post. Otamendi dozing and Bernardo not bothering to block the cross was our undoing there.
