It's done something that Psycho, Corradi, the M6 and our crap train service couldn't do, stopped me going.

That's a crying shame mate. Only tonight, or have you given up on live football all together?

Rags game was the last one I went to.
Bloody VAR just sucks all the joy out it

Wow, that must have been a very tough decision to make, but I can't say I don't understand you. Will you give up your ST for next season?

How about the next International break? England have already qualified and he's too good for the U21's IMHO now as he dominated last time around.

Is he really that raw anymore? He's showing his class the last month or so and England's centre midfield lacks the creativity and energy going forward to help their front line exploit their significant strengths.

He's brought in Mount, Winks and Maddison. They play more. That's really the only reason they're ahead of him as I think he offers more because of his pace and dribbling as he's as good passing and with creativity.

A bit harsh o judge at this point in such a game up 4-1 at home against a league 2 side, no?

He's been good of late, no?

I'm on a match day thread talking about this game mate. Why would I talk about how he played a couple of games ago?

He's come on, given the ball away twice and then been put on his arse by a defender making a perfect tackle. In this game.

I hear you and can see your point of view. But i do believe you need to be a regular at your club to be considered for International duty. Of course if he continues to get more minutes and put in decent performances in the second half of the season he may gatecrash the Euros

Good result in the end. Aguero was rusty but good for him to get 90 mins (and a goal). Foden and Bernardo played well. Angelino was much better in the second half.

Fair play to Port Vale - they gave it a good go and tried to get forward whenever they had the ball.

Nice win and a hood game to watch for both sides. Obviously had the Port Vale Chairman commenting on my stream but it didn't distract too much.

Into the draw.

Foden class. Second half Ange was very good. A good run out for Zinch. Doyle looks like he'd run through a brick all for City. Love that.

Winning at a canter, no injuries, young players getting a game. Couldn't ask for more.

I hear you as well. I think Pep will play him more as he is gaining experience and showing his quality to push Silva (who's off anyway) and Gundo for game time.

We're into the next round here and the PL is mostly lost anyway so Pep will give him some games going forward I think, especially when we have CL coming up at the end of February mushed in between PL Leicester and Arsenal and then possible Carabo Cup match and then United.

No way he does not start at least 1-2 of those games, and that will be against very stiff competition, because more senior players have to rest to recover properly.

Indeed.
Normally i'd add getting a clean sheet to that.
But actually i'm pleased for the army of Vale fans who contributed a lot to the game and atmosphere to have something to cheer especially as it was an equaliser

Foden a superstar in the making if he keeps his feet on the ground and is propertly nurtured.

I guess Bravo will play on Tuesday. Walker Stones Fernandinho Mendy back four. Rodri De Bruyne Bernardo Mahrez Aguero Sterling. Cue outrage on Bravo Mendy and no Foden.

Not sure yet, I'm hoping they start using VAR properly next season, as in if the ref's unsure he just looks on the pitchside monitor.
As it is now, it just takes all the spontaneity out of it, which is why I go in the first place.
Maybe it's just like this for this season, so the PL can ensure one of their red shite darlings can break our records.
