Very glad he's on.

Makes a change from the BT dipper devotee Matt Smith, last night in the Youth Cup Final you might have thought the scousers were playing he mentioned them so often.

Simon Jordan stated a couple of weeks back that certain ex-pro pundits get paid for pushing the agenda of their old clubs.
Listening to w@nkers like Aldridge and Gobber that would seem to be true.

He's put in some decent crosses to be fair. And that curled shit for the 3-0 was a beauty.

When UEFA see the footage he'll get a restrospective ban for that.

Only saw the first half then had to settle for commentary in the car. Glad we got the job done against average opposition again, but god I worry for the scousers game. We don’t look ready to beat anyone who has a go at us still.

Last time we beat them in Anfield was when Anelka was with us he scored both our goals.

Yep- and a quite important 1-0 the time before and 5-0 the one before that.

Cant see that happening now, a little bit more at stake.
But if we take a few of the gazillion chances, sure you never know.
Think it might be a draw.

They've got no defence, no midfield, and half their forwards are under the spotlight for diving. We'll shit 'em.

I’d be disappointed with a draw. They’re a poor team without some key players. If we had Aguero fit and I knew he would play Torres and Sterling I’d be a lot more confident.

But he wont, and we know it. Were looking at Gundo and Rodri, along with Mahrez taking Torres place, probably.

I think he'll play Bernardo instead of Mahrez due to his workrate which is vital against them.
I don't get the pessimism, we're not conceding goals- we're creating chances, one of our strikers is fit again and Torres is getting better every game.
They're the ones with problems at the back and their full backs who create so much for them will be forced back if we play it right.

I don't see Mahrez starting. The worry is that Torres is firing so Pep will over-think it and not play him. Put Sterling on the right Torres on the left and Gabs up top. Scouse have nothing in defence and we will expose that

I agree we need to occupy the love child's tent and Hamish with our wide players who graft, Mahrez is not going to do that, we have the quality to batter them. we have no room for luxury players like him in this game, despite his skills.
