The good news is that Walker is fit to play and starts. Kevin as a false nine? Let’s see. Foden on the left in place of Grealish is a no brainier.

Has to be false 9 doesnt he?

Rags playing 532 or 541? Either way pathetic home lineup from a so called giant

Very happy with the lineup.
Best setup we have to beat a team with 7 defenders.
Happy with Kev as false 9 and as another poster said we have other options if we need them.

I see the Rags are lots of pace on the bench, hoping to keep it 0-0 and then hit us on the break in the last 20 mins.

Pep has been really pissed of all week, I think we will be on it today from the start. Take our chances and we win. Tailor made for Gundo.

Unsure if it was timing but turned SuperSport Prem on and it was just wall to wall Ragdom. Advert for a Rag history, each player today getting their own little segment and then Michael Owen and Scholes the pundits at the side of the pitch fawning over the players. Had to switch over to Sky for a bit of neutrality!

With their set-up he’d just be walking into a wall of red.

Probably a better option than putting yourself through a Derby game. Hope all is well.

Anyone who watched Grealish play against Palace and Brugge cannot honestly say he is our best attacker on the left. Foden offers far more threat and can track back at pace to cover Cancelo which is very important.

So, my take on how the Rags will play. Pack their box, hoof it to the wings and dive as much as they can to get anything that the officials will oblige.

It is not a Grealish Vs. other City player decision.
Pep had picked the side best suited to implement a plan to beat what we will face, 7 defenders hoofing the ball to 2 attacking speed merchants who feed a clinical finisher.

Gundo is the key to unlock them. He will be tasked with arriving late in the box to finish the chances.
