He’s gone , so he’s dead to me.
I hope he flops at Chelsea.

The downs have also 'tested my resolve'. Especially all those one on ones and that miss from 2 ft at the end of the season. Then there was that Burnley game back along, then..................................

It's frustrating because 1 on 1 he was shit and he missed loads and gave the ball away loads but he still scored more than Foden and Grealish last season as he found the right positions constantly and always wanted to score.

Good luck Raz, i like the message and video and i hope you're present when we pick up our next PL title at home to Chelsea last home game next season.
And maybe you can break your duck against the rags and score against the dippers.

One of the most frustrating players I've seen in a City shirt.

His inability to miss sitters was only rivalled by his ability to be in the right place at the right time so it's hard to look back on his time with anything other than fondness.

But overall I think it's hard to look back on his time here as being anything other than a roaring success.

I recall feeling his fee being an extravagance at the time, but bagging 50m for a player who has given 7 years service is a phenomenal bit of business by the club in a tricky summer window with Barca and Real skint - any other time I think we'd have bagged 50% more.

Indeed. Money wise it was a hit.
But you will never hear the bent media mentioning this.

They still saying Liverpool got £49m for him when they got £35m?

Not sad to see him go, it was the right time. However I have to thank him for his contribution to our success in the time he’s been with us and wish him luck with his new club, not too much luck though that makes Chelsea a threat !!

Smart lad.

If he had stayed at Liverpool he would have won every trophy possible but it would have been as a sub.
No way would he get a game ahead of Salah, Mane and Firminio.
He never won a CL but he got game time with us.
Got to admire a lad who recognized he was not good enough for Liverpool but moved on to City to get game time.

So, no CL, just the 11 trophies and game time as compensation for Raheem. Who said life was fair.

Worst one for me was the derby that would have won us the league. Still fuming about it to this day. He played through the middle and missed three very good chances when clean through. We should have been 5 up at half time. Atkinson pissed me off even more when he ignored Youngs assault on Aguero in the box at 2-3.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

Thanks Raheem, it's been emotional.

Curious to know if we were in for a swap for Reece James

I’d have him. Top Walker replacement. Maybe we can tap him up and agree terms with him before even going to Chelsea? Seems the standard thing to do these days.

Maybe I’m old school all sweet with the clubs, they get Raheem all done, and nah we will pass on Nathan. If they wanted Raheem so bad I would have swapped for Reece or no deal. There need was greater IMO. Ake could still end up leaving for Newcastle with Eddie Howe.

Good riddance

Little rat probably saw Pogba refusing to sign a Rag shirt last week. Pogba hates United…

I’d have no issue with Haaland signing a Dortmund shirt on tour in North America.
