I may be wrong, but believe these 2 weeks are just the hearing. If so, legal deliberation of the panel and then drafting the outcome could take months.

My understanding was that the two weeks were to hear the case and, potentially, discuss our claim for loss of earnings - providing that we were the victors. I don't believe(?) the PL will have any recourse for appeal . Cannot remember where I got that from though

I read that if we’re successful it will go to a third week to discuss potential damages.

Anyone else just prefer when football was about kicking a ball about!

Neither side can appeal. Not sure the result will be published formally although it would obviously leak out.

Just read the legal guy that has ties to City has posted -

It is a split trial. First hearing to establish liability (are City right) and if City are right and the rules were unlawful, a quantum and causation hearing (at some future date) to assess loss (if any).

Right so the decision will be taken by close of play today on the face of it.

Very well written and honest as ever. "The ultimate insiders are now on the outside" Let all of football rejoice at that

Fact is if Jimbo is looking to follow the "City Way", he knows that he will have to side with us and that has huge implications for the fools and snidey bastards at the PL and Uefa.

Interesting times imminent

Six? Someone's misread the script on this! 3 times the original estimate must surely show the PL have underestimated the strength/truth of our arguments against their corrupt rules?

The PL are guilty of being ignorant to the fact that their "rules" are impacting our revenue stream and we are not talking peanuts here. They’ve concentrated on putting measures in place that the cartel clubs have demanded in an attempt(s) to stop / slow us and ignored the possibility of us - or anyone, challenging that. More fucking fool them

Maybe it's six weeks as there might be holidays booked after the scheduled 2 week initially thought long enough?

PL now "warning " clubs that selling to each other to balance the books risks penalies due to fair market value and good faith. Its all starting to unravel for Masters and his cronies
