Things are definitely not right and our manager just can’t handle it he’s great when everything is going well but now is the time to show his football genius but it’s not happening .

Why does every player need a touch before a pass or cross? What happened to first time crosses and passes. The players are expecting to win games because they are City but playing not playing like they should.

Absolutely this. Poor management to make and keep captain a player that has zero knowledge how to lead.
It's on him. This situation is on him.
He kept a small squad with no back up, signed mediocre players and kept players out of position.
