As mentioned by many, he was ours to sign and f he's gone to them it's because they've offered him a package that far outstrips ours. No issues with that as he's on his last payday but just think how the tables have turned.

Reminds me of when we were trying to make it into the top 4 in the early days of the takeover, buying decent players at fairly high costs so we could ascend into contenders. Rags are doing exactly the same, but with no coherent plan.
