That was ace tackle from Vinnie. I really hope football doesn't become a non-contact sport.

Brilliant. So he's been passed on second hand information. You've just proved my point!

2118: Reports from the Estádio do Dragão are suggesting Manchester City officials are investigating apparent racist chanting from Porto fans towards their players. The alleged chants are believed to have been directed at City's Mario Balotelli and Yaya Toure during the first half, according to BBC Radio 5 live's John Murray.

I take it you don't believe any news you hear, because that's usually second hand.

No the solution is to take off a defensive midfielder and add a striker. That way we have options when it comes to playing the ball forward.

Say aguero is on, we play the ball forward and the Porto defence have 2 players to think about and if we get the ball upfront there is an option to the side or forward rather than back which gives the rest of the team the time needed to get up in support and press them back. I understand what your saying but is de Jong contributing to the attack?

And you can't use THAT fuck up as justification for us basically playing with 10 men.

There is always an issue with de Jong and Barry as de Jong doesn't go forward and Barry hasn't got the pace to get up and down. Take one of them off though and you lose a lot of cover for the defence and the fullbacks will definitely have to stay back or you end up with silva too deep as happened in the first half.

Don't know much about Pizarro but may be tempted for him for de Jong to offer a bit more passing and Aguero for Nasri to keep 4-3-3

The guys shit, he's the one who sent balo off last year against Kiev which was fair enough but he kept falling for their dives and never played advantage then or tonight

Cool. Now that we've had it 'confirmed' let's hang the twats. Throw Tevez in with them while we're doing it.
