Would of preferred a Napoli win and the ref was very harsh on them for the last 15 but still an epic game.

Well deserved and I'm glad they've gone through; there's only one team I like to see fail. Even better that they played that extra 30 minutes under pressure and with a game at the weekend there should be a few jaded souls. It's good to see that they are classing Napoli as a top team beacuse they have been quality in Europe (what the fuck do I know about Europe) and were well worthy of second in our group.

Agree with this as long as we wouldn't pay too much.

Torres still has it in my opinion.

He'd be awesome in our set-up, we play his type of game. But what do I know.

I agree with you boyos. And change of scenery just might be the trigger to make him score shitloads again. Apart from that his overall play is already top class imo

Torres work rate tonight was brilliant when he came on and he has lost that killer confidence. But he has class and will come back from this, i would love it to be with us. I just hope abramovich wants rid.

I just think we play his type of football, 'like a glove',as they say. True though, he is a class player, just needs invigorating.

Can I get in on this Torres love in? I've always liked him and think recently he has been decent, but obviously lacked goals which is what media people pick up on.

He's taking that extra touch at the moment but a few goals will put him back in the game.

Torres for City? Yes please.

Not buying it. If we can find it in ourselves to have a go at Dzeko, then Torres is still beyond shit. If you're the front player, you're meant to score goals. No excuses. And Torres still doesn't score. Looked sharper but not good enough

Fair play to Chelsea, they rolled up their sleeves and grafted their arses off.

I only hope City are prepared to work as hard tomorrow because sometimes you have to will yourselves through when the going gets tough.

Thought Ramires was superb.

Confidence is completely shot. However, that could be because of a physical problem. If its just a mental thing, he could turn it around. Too many times tonight he seemed to lack the confidence to go for it. That lethal edge has gone. Reminds me a lot of Fowler with us - you kept thinking 'once he scores, he'll be world class' but he'd actually just gone

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH fucking hell!

Athletico just had one of the worst misses of the season with a wide open goal from 10 yards out! Would have been 4-2 on aggregate
