What are the odds on Hart saving Mario's penalty. Would love to put a bet on that now.

If this goes to penalties England are fucked. The strikers do not seem capable of kicking a football. I hope they don't expect Rooney or Young to be able to kick the ball in the right direction. Absolute shite from England.

Same here. The commentator had to add a comment about that goal and to underline the fact Scum won that game.

Typical prick.

Yeah. But not an English hating one like many. The Italians definitely deserve the win tonight though.

Win this or lose it makes no difference. The cabbage chewers will be through to the finals whatever.

Have to agree. We have been dire. Rooney and Gerrard are not the players they should be and Ashley Young is a waste of space.

I agree in many respects but it's the team who coome out on top who deserve to win.

Unless it's Sunderland!

They should let this finish 0-0 and just let the Germans have a bye to the final. This has been terrible but if by some miracle England progress they will be humiliated by Germany.

Not a Glen Johnson fan but he's been superb all tournament. Lescott tonight has been great for England. Agree that Gerrard has been disappointing tonight. He's got far more talent than he's showing tonight.

What does Klingonsmann add to this that Hanson, Shearer or Dixon can't come up with.

I think this has been a good game, for the Italian's. As for ze German's, let's wait and see, they've not played against a tenacious defence yet.

Amazing, this game is being played at midnight now, how fucked up is that.

How the fuck was that a free-kick?

This would be nice to see. Mario hasen't missed a penalty in his whole career. But then again, he hasen't met until now someone who knows his every move.

One thing that utterly gets on my tits (which I admit aren't anywhere as nice as Dick Dastardly's) is defending players turning their backs on a ball as it is kicked. When I was younger we played with casers that got heavier in the rain and you bloody well knew about it if the ball hit you especially if it was the laces.
