Also massive pride in attending Italy giving a tough game to All Blacks in front of 80,000 Rugby Lovers in Rome, before surrendering in the last 15 minutes in front of the World Champs. The end of 1st half filled my heart with genuine National Pride: only Rugby can makes such miracle come true.

That's a typical rags' Saturday of recent years though, apart from we played the part of the rags & the rags did the job Arsenal usually do; meekly piss away 3 points. Chelsea played their part as usual.
It was all there; oppo battle it out with 11 behind the ball then inexplicably fail to mark everyone at a corner just before half time, then a penalty for god knows what, then the oppo throw in the towel, then your nearest rivals chuck points down the toilet.
That's absolutely how the rags have been winning titles for years.
This now puts us back on course again in the head to head imo.If we can get through to Christmas & still be thereabouts, then we are in really good shape. Rags have a lot of winnable games coming up & we have some tough ones, which they have already been to.
If we can stay close to them through this period, we are right on track.
