Little different. He got no service, Dzeko has had a lot and missed an open chance, and hasn't hit the target. It is a constant battle with him and accuracy.

You make your own chances. It's no coincidence he gets a lot of chances, he gets himself in very good positions.
The fact Negredo hasn't should be no excuse, he contributed far less than Edin today.

What exactly has dzonkey "contributed" today?? You're crying like a little bitch because we get on dzonkeys back and then you try to prove your point by criticizing negredo?? Fucking hang it up.

Silva's inability/reluctance to shoot is a massive flaw in his game.

Everything else he does is glorious to watch. He's so effortless. But he costs us goals occasionally with his reluctance to shoot! I really don't understand it.

More than Negredo yet Negredo gets no stick for his performance. Double standards.

He's been one of Stokes best defenders. Just headed another one out of the box and set up an attack.

No, for the sheer desperation of wanting Stoke to score.

3points. Never a bad thing how they come about, especially in this part of season. Keeps the pressure on Chelsea and Arsenal. Win the game in hand and we go top again

It was pretty noticeable to all and sundry. It looked like a Wigan League Cup attendance at 85 mins...

Phew ... 3 pts, so all's well that ends well ... win was very important today especially after Chelsea stole theirs in injury time earlier today and Arse also won their game ...

That Dzonkey miss is the miss of the season for sure!

City's free scoring days seem a distant memory. On the plus side, we had a similar trailing off of form in our championship winning season, and we did win. We are looking a soft arse team at the moment, though, and we're not even managing to flat track bully ordinary opposition.

Silva clearly has a definite psychological block when it comes to shooting.

3 points thank you very much and goodnight.

The only good thing about Stoke's park the bus plan was they hadn't much idea when they went a goal behind.Should have been 2 or 3 in the end.

honestly, when he's not in sparkling form and finding the killer pass, Silva looks average. frankly, he contributed nothing really today.

he did have that nice 1-2 with Yaya that almost led to 2-0 but thats about it.
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

As per BBC, our possession stats say 74% to their 26% and 19 shots (7 on target) vs their 7 shots (2 on target) ...

8 fucking corners we got, but didn't seem to do anything with while they had just the 3 ...
