And poor passing from James Milner.

I don't have any idea what he is supposed to bring to the table

After today, they'll probably order the open top bus, first thing Monday morning.

Power and pace but unfortunately he's a bit thick.

Lucky, lucky Liverpool. Swansea had weathered the storm and were just starting to pose a threat themselves.

Interested to hear how this one is reported.

Milner seems to have settled into his exciting new left back role; he'll probably be now picked for England in that position.

Just think, if we'd known he was desperate to play there, or at right back, he could have stayed at City.........couldn't he ??

Reminds me a bit of Ishmael Miller. Which is not necessarily a good thing...

I think on the balance of the game 1-2 is maybe a fair result but they were lucky in how they finally got the winner

Swansea missed a right sitter at the end, not sure how he missed it. People don't seem convinced by Bravo need to take a look at Liverpools new keeper. Looked very suspect on crosses.

Sturridge won a free kick at one stage from a Van der Hoorn arm to the face, it seems that it's not controversial if it's not in the penalty area.

Now that Liverpuddle have won the title and all that's left for the rest of us is to fight it out for second place, thoughts inevitably turn to other games this week-end.

I wouldn't mind Burnley turning over Arsenic Wenger's boys, just to help Mr "I did not see it" celebrate his twenty years in north London.

With regard to matters at the Swamp, I'm not really fussed if Mourinho's cloggers thrash Sparkey Spews' Stoke. If they do, it could be the final straw which consigns the Welsh genius to the football dustbin, which won't be before time. If Stoke were, 'mirabile dictu', to get anything against the Scum, it just heaps more criticism and pressure on the Portuguese plonker.

It's the same with Hull v Chelsea. If Hull were to beat the Russian mafia, former Manager of the month, Mike Phelan, might start to have delusions of adequacy and the media would be quick to laud one of 'Ferguson's boys' (vomit, vomit). On the other hand, Chelsea getting beaten is always good.

I just can't get enthusiastic, or mildly interested even, about any other fixtures this week-end, as it all pales into insignificance when compared to the vital encounter taking place at White Hart Lane.......

Come on City and stuff this London lot.

Nolito is a much better option to Milner. They play/played similar positions for City and Nolito's intelligence is miles above boring jimmy. And at left back, I'd rather have an actual left back than james any day.

Liked him when he was at the club, but he couldn't help himself from blabbing in the media like any other dipper weeks after leaving

Looking really grim for Sunderland. Moyes just looks out of his depth, even at their level. Doubt after this season we will see in in PL for a while. He needs to drop a level to regain whatever he had whilst at Everton. Someone like Wolves or Fulham would be good choices

Thankless job at the moment, the Sunderland one. Hope they stay up but it's going to be another long season for them and can't see him being there at the end of the season. A drop down a division would be a good idea for him (doubt his ego would take it now, though).
