I'm just thinking that going all out benefits Celtic in the short term but are they used to this pace in their league; can they keep it up for the full 90?

I think I'll burn out midway through the second half Beefy mate

Going behind against this shower of shite not once but twice shows we haven't got any bottle.

You're thinking about it backwards mate. In past years going 2-1 down (down 2nd time in a game) would have meant our effort would have dropped by 50%.

We showed plenty of bottle and now have Celtic on the ropes and tired. Bodgers teams tend to come out sprinting and then get tired as the game goes on.

Horrible start, but we've made it right and excited for the 2nd half.

Exactly. Coming from behind twice is a sign of character and bottle. This is the first time we have gone behind under Pep. Celtic will tire

I have every confidence that Pep will tweak the tactics at HT and Bodgers won't.

I don't think so mate. Looking at their play, yes, they've forced it but both of their goals had real elements of luck to them. Ball hits Dembele, whilst offside, and then the other defects past the keeper.

They've also got Brentan who will have got into them that we couldn't beat him when at the Dippers. They've been excellent this game and I've been taken aback how they've actually played. Whether that be them putting 90 into the first 45 we are yet to see but one thing you cannot say us that they're frightened of us.

I'm finding it quite wierd reading the thread and not sure if people are in a wind-up. Can we not see what Celtic have brought to this game?

Expectations?

Some of you think we have a birthright to smash every team. Celtic have only lost 3/4 home games in 24 Chumps league group games

Our superior skill was starting to show in the last 10/15 minutes and our superior fitness will help us in the second half. Stones on for Gundogan with Kolarov helping to shore the midfield. Think we will get another two

As far as I recall, only 2 teams have won away at Celtic Park. Even Barca lost away to them last year. Of course they're not Juve, but it is a big game England vs Scotland in the CL. So I don't really know what point you're trying to make

If we can push on, and they tire as expected, I'd much rather gundogan out there than fern2. He spreads the play better and compliments Silva well.
